1 Commonwealth of Australia Migration Regulations 1994 ELIGIBLE EDUCATION PROVIDERS AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS 2016 (Clauses , , and ) I, PETER DUTTON Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under clauses , , and of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations): 1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/132, s and s 2015 signed on 17 November 2015 (F2015L01820); and 2. SPECIFY for paragraphs (a), (a) and (a) and clause , in relation to an application for one of the following visas, made on or after the commencement of this Instrument: a) Subclass 572 Vocational Education and Training Sector visa; b) Subclass 573 Higher Education Sector visa; c) Subclass 574 Postgraduate Research Sector visa; or d) Subclass 575 Non-Award Sector visa, the university education providers listed in of Schedule 1 to this Instrument and the non-university education providers listed in of Schedule 2 to this Instrument as eligible education providers; and 3. SPECIFY for paragraphs (b), (b) and (b) in relation to an application for one of the following visas, made on or after the commencement of this Instrument: a) Subclass 572 Vocational Education and Training Sector visa; b) Subclass 573 Higher Education Sector visa; or c) Subclass 574 Postgraduate Research Sector visa,
