Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Permanent Visa (subclass 121/856) This is a permanent visa and is available for highly skilled people who are nominated by an employer through the Employer Nomination Scheme. The first stage of this process is for the company to show that the position which they nominate needs a highly skilled person and that the position is full time and fixed for at least three years.
