1 Commonwealth of Australia Migration Regulations 1994 ELIGIBLE EDUCATION PROVIDERS AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS (Clauses , and ) I, MICHAELIA CASH, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under clauses , and of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994: 1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 13/124 signed on 23 October 2013, specifying eligible education providers and educational business partners for clauses , and ; AND 2. SPECIFY for paragraphs (a) and (a) and clause the education providers listed in column 1 of Schedule A to this Instrument as eligible education providers; AND 3. SPECIFY for paragraphs (b) and (b) the education providers listed in column 2 of Schedule A to this Instrument as educational business partners of the education provider mentioned in column 1.
