3 The onboard BlueTraker terminal collects vessel positions using GPS satellite signals and sends them together with speed, heading and sensor data to the Telematic Data Server The BlueTraker terminal sends data via the GSM/GPRS network (BT 2200 and 2000) when the vessel is within a few miles of shore and via the Iridium satellite network (BT2200 and 2100) when on open seas When the vessel is on the open sea, BlueTraker terminals that only have a GSM/GPRS option for information delivery store their data in internal memory and transmit them instantly upon GSM signal availability BlueTraker terminals offer bidirectional communication to and from the monitoring application, allowing the user to view vessel information in real time TDS - Telematic Data Delivery communication server The demand for efficient, safe and secure data collection, processing and delivery is sometimes driven by legislation requirements, sometimes by safety and security demands, sometimes by and business needs, but in most cases, by all With TDS, the data, collected by the telematic mobile terminals is transmitted via Iridium satellite network or GSM/ GPRS network to the TDS communication server Processed contextually and statistically, data is stored and available to the MyBlueTraker application The whole process seamlessly enables reliable and near real-time data delivery: MyBlueTraker monitoring application MyBlueTraker is a web based monitoring software, tightly integrated in BlueTraker FTM solution It provides comprehensive visual and textual presentation of all of the vessel s or fleet s data The display shows fleet s current position, as well as upto 28-day track of each ship s movements MyBlueTraker automatically gathers and displays the ship name, call sign, UTC date & time, exact latitude & longitude, heading, and speed in a graphical interface, which is accessible from any Internet connected computer Web application advantages Runs inside a web browser - Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, all supported No plug-in or installation is necessary Updates and fixes are rolled out automatically without any user intervention Available anywhere through secure HTTPS connection all data is encrypted Simple and intuitive interface Super fast mouse zoom and pan - drag mouse to move the map, use scroll wheel to zoom or use map navigator icons Zoom presets for quick jump to frequently monitored areas Optional mini-map navigation display - track of your location when zoomed in Simple layer switching for showing or hiding assets, trails, geozones and map types Powerful filtering options by moving or stationary assets or by name, registration, home location or flag Single click to access most frequently used functions

FOTA is available with BT 2200 and 2000 models Usually, the vessel s reporting interval is larger than position sampling interval - eg position reporting interval is 2 hours, position sampling interval is 5 minutes The positions gathered between position reports are stored into BlueTraker terminal s internal memory and are available to users as High Resolution Navigational Data When HRDR command is issued by the control center, it initiates the High Resolution Navigational Data transfer through GSM/GPRS network Any 24 hours period can be chosen to gather 5 minutes positions for last 6 months Up to positions are stored HRDR functionality benefits vessel owners, Flags states, insurance companies and SAR organizations It offers additional checking points for: route analysis and evaluation in case of inappropriate / illegal navigation or an accident, and extremely precise tracking in cases of emergency and SAR operations HRDR is available with BT 2200 and 2000 models
