7 Job Title: Coordinator Senior Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Provide ongoing oversight of technology resources to support and sustain project work as it relates to project completion, evidence tracking, and evaluation measures. This will involve full utilization of project management software Under the leadership of the Executive Director, support the services, planning, implementation and resources necessary to support collaborative work and meet grant objectives. Keep accurate records using Excel, Word, and Google tools. Attend meetings, develop materials to support the project s initiatives, provide timely reporting to the Director, and collaborate with the Academic Success Coordinator. Cultivate positive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to support the development and implementation of the program. Supervise, lead, train and monitor the activities of assigned staff and assist with hiring. Prepare budget proposals, recommendations, and approvals. Establish budget control system for controlling expenditures. Act as a liaison and collaborate/communicate with various department and university committees. Communicate by phone and regularly to uphold integrity of partnerships. Maintain and implement department policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment and five (5) years of related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Desired Qualifications : Experience in: a collaborative project/grant program; utilization of technology (Project management software preferred); two or more years of experience in a higher education setting; professional presentations. Evidence of effective verbal and written communication skills.
