Can I manage my account online? With EDEN KAFEVEND, there s a host of additional services that you can access via our website As an EDEN KAFEVEND customer, you can place your coffee orders online 24/7. You can also request a service call from one of our qualified Technicians if you should have any problems with any of your vending facilities supplied by us. Also online you can access a host of information about the range of machines we supply. So if you ve lost your instruction manual or want to have a look at an additional machine for another area of your office, you can download brochures and manuals directly from the website. There are also a range of videos available that demonstrate some of our most popular machines. The frequency of delivery can be set as monthly, fortnightly or weekly depending on your water usage and storage capacities and we will collect your empty bottles at the same time, for re-use.
