3 IOR Certificate in the Principles of Recruitment Apprenticeship Technical Certificate Recruitment Apprenticeship Framework Level 3 Knowledge Qualification

4 Certificate in the Principles of Recruitment Apprenticeship Technical Certificate Part of the new recruitment apprenticeship framework is the level 3 knowledge qualification, designed to offer a robust grounding into the recruiters role. Learners also gain free individual membership of the IOR during their study period, supporting their learning and development. More about the framework The Technical Certificate forms the knowledge qualification within the UKs new recruitment apprenticeship framework. The framework has been created by the sector skills council - the Council for Administration (CFA) - with input from the Institute of Recruiters (IOR) and other stakeholders such as the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). What is the Technical Certificate? The Technical Certificate in the Principles of Recruitment is a level 3 recruitment qualification created by industry experts. It provides learners with the practical knowledge and skills needed to perform the fundamental responsibilities of the modern recruitment professional. Who is it Suitable for? This certificate is suitable for those with no existing higher education qualifications, who are looking for an exciting career in recruitment, and for those already working within recruitment wishing to gain a recognised qualification. How will I Learn? The Technical Certificate in the Principles of Recruitment has been designed to be delivered to learners who are also working. Training will be delivered via online webinars which are split into handy bite sized sessions over a 6 month period. Alongside these webinars learners will also receive a comprehensive self study handbook. The handbook will provide in depth knowledge and practical exercises learners can undertake within the workplace. Once learners have successfully completed the Technical Certificate in the Principles of Recruitment, they can then go on to gain a higher qualification, such as a Level 4 apprenticeship, HNC, HND, Foundation Degree. They can also progress to any IOR Professional Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment or HR.
