2 What is Reservationless Audio Conferencing? Daisy Reservationless Conferencing is an easy-to-use solution designed to facilitate 24/7 on-demand audio conferencing. The service offers a range of features to enhance your meeting experience and keep you in control. Getting started This product does not require any installation to use, simply follow the instructions shown below to start using Reservationless Conferencing. Keep your welcome to hand as this contains your dial-in number and unique conference code.

3 Start a call Provide participants with the date and time of the call, dial-in numbers and your conference code At the specified time, call the dial-in number (specific to the country you are calling from) Enter your conference code followed by the # symbol When prompted, press the * symbol on your keypad to identify yourself as the moderator, then enter your leader PIN followed by the # symbol Finally, press 1 to begin your conference Join a call To join a call, participants are required to call the dial-in number provided by the moderator When prompted, enter the conference code followed by the # symbol

4 Call recording* Click here to view tariff guide Start a recording Once your conference begins, press *2 on your telephone keypad to start a recording When prompted, press 1 to confirm you would like the recording to begin Your conference call will be recorded once you hear the voice prompt the conference is now being recorded Pause/resume a recording Press *2 on your keypad to pause the recording When prompted, press 2 to confirm you would like the recording to pause. You will hear a beep once the pause in the recording begins To resume your recording press *2 When prompted press 2 to confirm you would like to resume the recording. You will hear a beep once the recording has resumed End a recording Press *2 on your keypad at any time during your meeting to end recording When prompted, press 1 to confirm you would like the recording to end Your recording will end once you hear the prompt this conference is no longer being recorded Play back a recording Detailed playback instructions will be automatically ed to you shortly after your meeting has ended. You can choose to play back a recording either over the internet or by telephone. Your recorded conference is available for play back for a period of 30 days *Call recording will incur additional costs. See tariff guide for full list of charges.

5 Conference controls from your telephone keypad The conference leader can select various commands and options from their telephone keypad. Conference continuation Pressing *8 on your keypad will allow the conference to continue after the leader has disconnected Dial-out Press *1 to dial-out to a participant Force disconnect Press #99 to disconnect all lines from the conference Lock/unlock Press *7 to lock and #7 to unlock the conference Group mute/unmute Press *5 to mute and #5 to unmute all lines Press *6 to mute and #6 to unmute own line Change entry/exit method Press *3 on your telephone keypad and follow the audio instructions Private participant count Press *4 to hear a private roll call of all participants Start a breakout conference Press *9 and follow the audio instructions Operator assistance If operator assistance is required for everyone in the conference, press 0*, or press 00 for assistance for an individual participant
