IMPORTANT: Your menu tree wll not work untl you set t up.. Fnd a quet place to make your recordngs and a person to record your auto attendant greetngs. Have your greetng scrpts at hand.. Dal XXX-5 to access the Auto-Attendant logn. (XXX s your local exchange prefx). Enter your man access number as a 7-dgt telephone number, (number assgned to Auto Attendant).. Your default password s your 7-dgt telephone number (same number as nstructon #) untl you change t. 5. Follow voce prompts for Auto Attendant set-up. a. Prepare your scrpt n advance. Reference the Auto Attendant Flow Chart for gudance to creatng your recordngs and tme ntervals for those greetngs.
