Program Sharing - Any person in a meeting can share a program (Power Point Presentation, Excel Sheet, whiteboards, application sharing) with the other participants. When you use the program sharing feature, other participants can see the program. When you allow control, other people can both see and use the program. The total number of people who can successfully participate in your meeting depends on available network bandwidth and the speed of the participants' computer. Audio Delivery - Vennfer is capable of deploying multiple audio based communication at different client locations by using a very sophisticated H263 / MPEG-4 codec and TCPIP multicasting technology at a conservative bandwidth across the WAN. Start Screen Control - Using Start Screen Control, Vennfer or later can call an unattended computer (host), and then access that computer s shared desktop. Once you are connected, you can work in the host s shared desktop and in any program that the host computer has access to administrators can give other users viewing capability of his computers desktop via Start Screen Control without giving them administrator privilege. The start screen is multicasted to all the users in the multicast group, thus consuming a single node bandwidth. v. Switch User Mode - Switch User Mode enables the administrative control of Vennfer to be shifted to a user who had requested for the control, dynamically over a live session. Once the control is delegated, the user becomes the administrator with all the administrative powers and the former administrator becomes a user. The entire process of switching the users does not consume additional bandwidth and would not affect any other user than the two users involved.

SMS Shooter - This feature enables the administrator to send SMS alerts to his group members thereby giving them an intimation towards the timing of the meeting or pass on any urgent information.this ensures instant information delivery to the target group irrespective of their location.some of the special features of SMS Shooter which makes it stand apart from a traditional SMS service are : 1.Text File Upload Feature 2.
