ASSOCIATE OF ARTS The Associate of Arts degree offers students a solid foundation for continuing traditional studies, as well as intellectual and professional growth. The following concentrations are available: CONCENTRATION IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION This program provides a broad base of introductory business-related disciplines. Students completing this degree and concentration are prepared for entry-level positions in business and/or articulation into a bachelor s degree program in business. CONCENTRATION IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION The concentration in Criminal Justice Administration prepares students for many entry level positions in the criminal justice system, including correctional officer, police officer, juvenile hall counselor, or jailer. Students also gain basic skills necessary for better paying security positions, bail enforcement agent, or private investigator apprentice.
