1 FR-SCI 9.1: Chateau de Blamont : Art, Culture, History 8 Description: Clef de Voute association As every year, the association try to restore the medieval castel "chateau de Blamont". Directed by a professional mason, the workcamp aim is to transmit traditionnal building technics while respecting the standards of Historical Monuments classification. Type of Work: Divided in several groups, the young people will do various tasks as masonery, stone-masonery and de-vegetation of walls. Accommodation: tents at the municipal camping Notes: During the weekends, members of the associations will show to the young people from all other the world the charms of our beautifull region.

2 FR-SCI 4.1: Apf Gap Description: A.BOREL reception center Enbedded in a social workers team, you will accompany the residents in their social life CREATE SOCIABILITY Type of Work: Participate to tasks by the social workers and/or personal of the structure (manual activities, cultural or relaxing outings) You won't do in any case nursing or help for the daily life. 4 Description: Ce chantier a lieu à Rennes, dans le centre Guillaume d'achon qui accueille des handicapés moteur. Les volontaires seront responsables de l'animation: jeux, discussions, sorties, présentation de leur pays... Les volontaires ayant des talents artistiques sont les bienvenus. Logement dans le centre. 6 Description: In Geville, a village in Eastern (in Lorraine region) the 'Fort de Jouy' is an old military castle built in The association "Les Amis du Fort de Jouy" (for 'Friends of Fort de Jouy') restores it for some years. Type of Work: The volunteers will work on the restauration of the castle with french local volunteers, in doing various tasks like masonry, carpentry, ironwork, painting and other maintenance work. Their working day will start by help for giving breakfast in the services so as to create link with the elderly public Type of Work: Meet the elderly, imagine animation actions in relation with the team. 11 : Environment 14 Description: Created in 1999, The Nature House of Sundgau is a centre for intiation to nature and respect of the environnement. On the occasion of her 7e workcamp, with the town neighboring as partner, the association aim is to pursue the restoring of her traditionnal oil mill and its positive developement to the local population. Type of Work: Renovate walls with the cob technique, fitting out floors(fr: parquets),ceiling, and solid wood partitions. Study Theme: The oil mill will be a welcoming point for groups and a exbibition place. The second week,the volunteers will have to organise, prepare and animate a social exchange time with the local population which will let them talk about the mill and their work Accommodation: under tents in a bedeau, kitchen, showers, WC, dining room You will go to the workcamp by bicycle ( 3 km)no need to bring bicycle or tents Language: It is recommended to have basic skills in French!!!
