2 Welcome aboard Flycanadian Flight Training Academy offers complete fight training solutions including basic flight training, advanced airline type flight training including Human Factors, Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management. For aspiring pilots mapping out a career with the airlines, or for those who simply want to fly as a hobby, we offer all the training solutions you need. Located in the city of Lindsay in Ontario, Canada, Flycanadian is situated in an area of flat expansive terrain offering students gentle weather which means little or no turbulence and a comfortable training experience. Flight practice areas are only 5 minutes flight time away from the airport, making for very efficient and cost effective flight training. Flycanadian is the only commercial operator at the airport which translates to minimal delays for takeoff. In fact aircraft are usually airborne only 5 minutes after engine start. Flycanadian utilizes the time tested Cessna 152 and 172 aircraft for its primary training, in addition to IFR and VFR flight simulators and Piper twins PA-34 for advanced multi-engine training. At Flycanadian we offer an innovative and comprehensive portfolio of aviation training courses. Our professional pilot course is a complete package of training that includes all you need to obtain your Commercial Multi-Engine Instrument rating. The package includes all books, Flight Computer, Headsets, and charts. We also provide student accommodation only minutes away from the airport, while conveniently located close to downtown Lindsay. Flycanadian is an approved Transport Canada testing center. You can sit most of your written exams at the school campus. 3 Program Details (PRO-101) PRE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Minimum age 17 at PPL Licence application High school degree or equivalent English or French language proficiency Medical Class 1 certificate 200 hours flight training Private Pilot License PPL. Commercial Pilot License CPL. Multi Engine Rating ME. Instrument Rating IR. Night Rating. Time building. The professional Pilot course combines all the above licences and ratings in a single package. In order to obtain the Canadian Commercial pilot licence with all the above ratings, a minimum of 200 hours must be flown. This is a combination of Single engine, Multi-engine and Instrument flying. Included is the required number of cross country and night flights as mandated by Transport Canada. The training also includes the simulator training required to obtain proficiency in instrument flight. 160 hours of ground training The program includes all the required ground training mandated by Transport Canada, in addition to 40 hours of Preparatory Ground Instruction (PGI) The Course covers: Aircraft Familiarization Aircraft systems Theory of Flight General Knowledge Air Law Navigation Flight Operations Human Factory and Aviation physiology Human Factors CRM Meteorology Threat and Error Management

4 The Package includes the following: All Flight Training (up to 200 hours) All Ground Training ( up to 160 hours) Accommodation Transportation (YYZ Service only) Books Charts Headsets E6B Flight Computer Pilot Briefcase Student Visa Service Student Visa Service: We have a Certified Canadian Immigration consultant on retainer to arrange all your documents and guide you along the process. The fees of 500 CAD are included in the package but are not part of tuition and are nonrefundable should you fail to start training or are refused a study permit. If you choose not to use this service, you may deduct 500 CAD from the course cost. Our Fleet Cessna 152 Regarded as the best training aircraft ever built, our students start their training on this time tested, resilient aircraft. Cessna 172 After advancing in the training and during IFR and cross country flights, our students upgrade to the C-172, another great training aircraft. Our IFR Certified aircraft are equipped with Garmin 430 GPS and moving map display. Piper Seneca II (PA-34) Our Piper Seneca II is the perfect aircraft for Multi-engine training. This fully equipped aircraft also sports a Garmin 430 GPS, sixplace intercom, Oxygen and club seating.

5 Accommodation All our professional Pilot program students get housing included with the package at an additional cost of $400. per month. The student homes are located within 5 minutes of the Flight School and a similar distance to downtown. The fully furnished accommodation comes ready with all the comforts of home including: High Speed internet (Wi-Fi) Cable TV Climate Control Laundry facilities Fully equipped kitchen Walk in/in wall closets Hardwood floors

7 Program Cost and enrollment Student Fees: CAD 43,000 In order to enrol into the program you will need to submit an international student application form and provide proof of the following: High School Diploma or equivalent English or French language proficiency* Medical Fitness for flight** Valid Passport * High school English certificate or Flycanadian telephone interview ** Canadian medical examination, or if no Canadian medical examiner in your country, a medical certificate indicating no health issues. Prior to enrolling in the Commercial Pilot program, students will be provided with a contract outlining fees, payment structure, refund, and expulsion policy. After initial payment if student fails to obtain Student visa, a refund of 500 dollars will be returned to the student account. If a student wishes to terminate training: After start of training a refund of any unused portion of the training will be refunded in the form of a cheque or a wire transfer to the student account provided on enrolment. The unused portion will not include the following: Books Charts Pilot Briefcase E6B Computer Headsets Ground school fees for classes already started. Payment Structure: Confirmation of Acceptance 1,500* After student visa issue 9,770* (private Pilot fees $1000) Thereafter pay as you go Minimum 1000 CAD in student account Prior to start of Multi-Engine 3,785* *All fees in Canadian Dollars 1.
