2 I. STUDENT ENTRY REQUIRIMENTS Baltic Aviation Academy support, for the student s entrance process, starts from the pick up at the Vilnius International airport. Baltic Aviation Academy supports to obtain the visa, scheduling the medical commission, providing accommodation and transportation to the training facilities. Entry requirements: Age Minimum age on commencement of training of 18 years. Physical Status JAR FCL Class 1 medical Certificate required. Commission is available in Lithuanian Aviation Medical Centre (Vilnius University Antakalnis Hospital, Antakalnis str. 124, Vilnius). Personal skills Baltic Aviation Academy selection commission organizes personal skill assessment based on psychological tests and individual interviews. Theoretical preparation. The knowledge of Maths, English and Physics are critically important for aviation. The skill assessment can be organized for those, who have low or doesn t have ratings from the secondary school. Baltic Aviation Academy use benchmark principle module for the candidate assessment. Candidate assessment commission in cooperation with airline client representatives prepares the student pilot candidate profile, that is used for the candidate assessment during selection process.

STUDENT CANDIDATE ENTRANCE PROCESS Medical Commission The applicants seeking the issue, of 1st Class medical certificates shall complete the health examination in the Aviation Medicine Centre in Vilnius only. Baltic Aviation Academy coordinates and schedules the most convenient time for the candidates in the closest time before candidate assessment. Medical commission duration: 1-2 days. Medical commission price: 273 Eur. (The payment should be done in cash payment at the Aviation Medicine Centre). Candidate skill assessment The skill assessments ensure the identification of student possibilities of successfully training programs completion and succeed in the aviation carrier after graduation. Assessment take place over two days in Baltic Aviation Academy training center in Vilnius. Day one: Day two: Introductory interview Math, Physics and English language knowledge assessment. Psychological assessment: Numerical and verbal reasoning, behavior treats, professional interest s assessment. Structural Interview based on commercial pilot competence model. Candidate skill assessment price 100 Eur. The price is included in the training price for those who sign the contract with academy.

4 III. INTEGRATED AIRLINE TRANSPORT PILOT COURSE (CPL/ IR, ME) This is intensive learning program. In the shortest time possible, students will acquire profession and can start as commercial pilot. This program enables students to operate as co-pilot on multipilot, multi-engine airplanes in commercial air transportation and to obtain the CPL(A)/ IR license. Course design: ATPL VFR/NVFR/IFR ME MCC Ground training (770 Hours) Ground training (15 Hours) Single Engine Flights (185 Hours) Multi Engine Flights (13 Hours) Flight training in FFS (20 Hours) Training course duration month ATPL ground training: ATPL ground training is conducted at Baltic Aviation Academy (BAA) training center in Vilnius. The theoretical preparation takes six month and is followed by internal BAA tests. These prepare students for the official JAA exams. The JAA examinations are sat at CAA examination center. Theoretical knowledge course will comprise of fourteen (14) theoretical subjects, approximately 770 hours, which includes classroom work, professional manuals and CD based progress tests. Theoretical knowledge program: Air law Communication Operating procedures Mass and balance Instrumentation Meteorology Aircraft general knowledge Fly planning and monitoring Performance General navigation Radio navigation Human performance Principals of flight

5 Flight Training Foundation flight training is conducted at the Lithuanian aerodromes: Aleksoto aerodrome in Kaunas, that is located 100 KM from BAA training center. Paluknys aerodrome in Vilnius district, that is located 30 KM from BAA training center. The flight training takes approximately 12 month. Students will complete a total of 147 hours of single-engine flight training in the aircrafts Cessna 172, Cessna 152 and Cessna 150; 40 hours in FNTP II simulator. 13 hours in multi-engine training in Piper Seneca aircraft. Multi crew cooperation course MCC course will develop all important team working skills by learning how to work in multi crew environment. Students will complete total 20 hours of ground training and 15 hours in the FFS (B-737). Boeing 737 Classic Full Flight Simulator

Cadet ACCOMMODATION conditions Baltic Aviation Academy can offer for the students a modern, new economy class hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Vilnius. It takes about 5 minutes driving to the training center. There are 143 rooms available. The hotel offers separate restrooms, free Internet access (Wi-Fi), TV with a cable programs in the every room. There is kitchen with equipment in the each floor, where students could prepare meal by themselves. Self service laundry is available as well. Also the Hotel can offer ecological breakfast for the guest requirements.

7 VI. VISA SUPPORT Invitations are an integral part of the company s customer service. Cooperating closely with the Migration Department of Lithuania we take care of invitations for visas as well as provide all the necessary information. We are preparing these types of invitations: single and multiple: Single entry into Republic of Lithuania and staying not more than 45 days within three months. Multiple entry into the Republic of Lithuania and staying up to 90 days within half a year. To get this type of invitation companies should sign a longterm contract of cooperation with Baltic Aviation Academy. Baltic Aviation Academy can offer support for the obtaining the temporary resident status for the longer than 3 month stay for the integrated studies. VII. CERTIFICATES Baltic Aviation Academy has a FTO and TRTO certificates issued by Lithuanian CAA. Also we have Approval Certificate from Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Republic of Kazakhstan.
