2 Trade & Category Management : All Bocconi students, including Double Degree students, have two language exams in their second year study plan. To pass them they can either: - take an International Language Certificate recognized by the Bocconi Language Center. As per Bocconi rules, a 10-week internship, if abroad, or 12-week internship, if in Italy, has to be carried out and registered in the study plan. Students are required to choose a Bocconi and an ESADE supervisor. The student is required to send a copy of the thesis to the ESADE supervisor and to ESADE registrar office. The thesis will be developed and discussed according to the rules set by the two institutions, normally it is discussed at Bocconi only. Students need to graduate first in Bocconi in order to obtain the ESADE Degree. Classes usually begin during the last week of September. Nevertheless, the University might hold mandatory orientation meetings one week prior to the beginning of classes. Special Warnings - You will be required to pay a graduation contribution at ESADE (around 200 EUR) - Spanish at Level B1 is necessary before graduating at ESADE - The Academic Background of selected students will be evaluated by the ESADE Academic Director

3 HEC Ecole de Haute Etudes Commerciales Jouy-en-Josas (Paris), France Website Bocconi MSc International Management 1 (on MSc in Management-Grande Ecole - Majeure Stratégie) More info at - French: Level B2 (minimum grade 25/30, Bocconi grading scale), proved by International Certificates recognized by Bocconi Language Centre, Bocconi curricular exam or internal French test organized by the Global Alliances Office. The students will have to complete the whole majeure and many courses may be taught in French. They will have to attend all courses envisaged in the academic path, regardless potential overlapping with topics already covered during previous studies. No exemptions are allowed. To pass them they can either: - take an International Language Certificate recognized by the Bocconi Language Center. For HEC, a 15-week internship (10 weeks + at least 6 weeks cumulative is possible) is required and can be carried out in any country (for Bocconi 10 weeks abroad full-time is enough). The thesis (at HEC called mémoire de recherche) will be developed with an HEC and a Bocconi supervisor. The discussion at Bocconi is mandatory, students can agree with the HEC professor whether to discuss at

4 HEC too or not. In case yes, they have to respect HEC requirements and deadlines for thesis discussion. Usually second half of September Special Warnings Special warnings: Students selected for HEC must reach at least 60 ECTS by September 30 th (before leaving) including languages and internship if necessary. If they do not comply with this HEC requirement they will be dismissed from the Program. The HEC academic director will evaluate and approve the candidates and their study plan. The pool of exams to be converted in Bocconi will be approved by the IM Master of Science Director. At HEC the graduation fee is 615 EUR. IMPORTANT: Students with French nationality, with a French Bachelor Degree or former applicants to HEC (rejected or not) cannot apply for this Double Degree.

The study plan should be as follows: - two core courses (Human Capital in a Global World; Cross Cultural Management) for a total of 12 ECTS; - four elective courses worth 6 ECTS each (suggested International Supply Chain Management, mandatory in Bocconi in the 2nd year) - 2 skills seminars worth 2 ECTS each. : All Bocconi students, including Double Degree students, have two language exams in their second year study plan. To pass them they can either: - come back to Bocconi to sit the exam; - take an International Language Certificate recognized by the Bocconi Language Center; As per Bocconi rules, a 10-week internship, if abroad, or 12-week internship, if in Italy, has to be carried out and registered in the study plan. Students can access both the Bocconi and FGV Career Service Systems in their second year. Elective Courses for 21 ECTS credits (3 of Research Seminar and 18 in core elective courses) Students must exclude from their pool of core electives courses they have already taken at Bocconi (e.g. International Finance) Total number of credits in courses: 42 Complete the Master (18 HSG credits / 20 Bocconi credits) Total number of credits: 60 : All Bocconi students, including Double Degree students, have two language exams in their second year study plan. To pass them they can either: - take an International Language Certificate recognized by the Bocconi Language Center. As per Bocconi rules, a 10-week internship, if abroad, or 12-week internship, if in Italy, has to be carried out and registered in the study plan. 7 Website Bocconi MSc More info at IIM-A Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad Ahmedabad, India International Management 3 (on PGP Post Graduate Program in Management) In their second year at IIM-A, students will have to choose from 5 to 10 elective courses, totally 10 IIMA credits corresponding to 40 ECTS. : All Bocconi students, including Double Degree students, have two language exams in their second year study plan. To pass them they can either: - take an International Language Certificate recognized by the Bocconi Language Center; - Pass the relevant exam at IIM-A that will be converted as Bocconi exam As per Bocconi rules, a 10-week internship, if abroad, or 12-week internship, if in Italy, has to be carried out and registered in the study plan. and Placement Fairs at IIM-A also available for DD students. Although a joint thesis is NOT required (and therefore students will just have to write a thesis for Bocconi only) if students are interested in writing their paper while at the host school can count on the support of a local professor. In this case students should ALSO respect local regulations which in some cases may be stricter than at Bocconi (deadlines and thesis structure). Lessons usually start towards end of June. For the selected students a special examination session will be set up in order to allow them an early leave at the end of the second semester of the first year. BEWARE: Any Indian student studying at Bocconi who would like to apply for IIMA under double degree programme must have at least five years of continuous stay in Italy or some other EU member state.

During Year 2 at University of Queensland students will have to take 8 courses. Ideally International Supply Chains and Cross Cultural Management (List A) and 6 other courses from List B, excluding those that have a correspondence with core activities done in Bocconi (i.e. MKTG International Marketing Management, ECON753 - International Trade & Investment, IBUS Operating International Business, IBUS Globalization & the World Economy, MGTS Leadership and Change Management and FINM International Financial Management). Each UQ course is worth 2 units, each unit is comparable to 3.75 ECTS credits. : All Bocconi students, including Double Degree students, have two language exams in their second year study plan. To pass them they can either: - take an International Language Certificate recognized by the Bocconi Language Center. Take a mandatory internship of at least 10 weeks full time, preferably in Australia or in any other Country (if in Italy the internship has to be at least 12 weeks full time long). The Career Office of UQ will help you out finding an internship in Australia if needed. Students are required to choose a Bocconi and a University of Queensland supervisor.
