4 Team Since 2005 we have been building our in-house expert precast design team comprising of talented professionals. Our employees are the biggest asset of our company and they are the main driving force behind our growth. It is the sincerity and dedication of the employees which makes us capable of delivering with the highest degree of commitment. The team comprises of structural engineers and draughtsman who are vastly experienced in preparing precast drawings and design calculations and who have worked on a large number of precast projects throughout their career. Training It is our core objective to train and build our team to the highest degree of technical competence related to all the aspects of precast concrete design and detailing services. Therefore each and every employee is given a compulsory training during the induction phase and a constant up gradation through on job training pertaining to the new technologies and systems in the respective fields. For every client we prepare a customized training program. In this training program the team members will learn about the specific details, standards and working methods of the client. The team members are regularly visiting our clients precast plants in Europe and India for better understanding of the precast production processes and developing practical detailing solutions. Project procedure For every project one project manager shall be appointed. At the start the project manager shall analyze the received information, assign the team members and prepare the tentative project planning. All communications with the client shall be done by the project manager. To actually start the work the project manager shall organize a kick-off meeting together with the team members. In this meeting the team shall discuss the project documents, planning and deadlines. They shall also analyze the project and try to find out the initial problems (if any). All questions and remarks shall be send to the client in standard RFI format. After the drawings have been prepared they have to go through several internal checking phases. At the end of this checking procedure the project manager can approve the drawings and send them to the client. Page 3

We apply this experience to the projects of our international clients as well, with whom we remain in close communication throughout the span of the project.
