4 ICT Support Project summary Implementation model Working mode is mutually participatory ICT Technical Support Project is divided to five projects each supporting a respective UDSM/IET project UDSM and IET Projects are managed by UDSM/IET Project Managers with support from a dedicated Finnish Project Manager and Finnish volunteering ICT specialists Support Project reports to UDSM and IET Project Coordination Committees and to PITKY CEO and COO
