Entry Qualification Form VI: An applicant must hold principal passes in Mathematics and Physics and a subsidiary pass in Chemistry with a minimum total score of 2.5 points based on the following conversion scale: A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1, S=0.5 and F=0. Or Diploma (NTA Level 6): Holder of Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering, or Hydrogeology and Water well Drilling, or Hydrology and Meteorology, or Water laboratory and Technology, Civil Engineering or Irrigation Engineering and other fields related to Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering with minimum cumulative GPA (NTA 4-6) Of 2.7 OR Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering, or Hydrogeology and Water well Drilling, or Hydrology and Meteorology, or Water Quality Laboratory Technology, Civil Engineering or Irrigation Engineering and other fields related to Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering with minimum average score of 3.0 points based on the following conversion scale: A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2. Mode of Application and Payments Application forms are available from the Admission Office at the Institute after paying the application fee at the Bank or can be downloaded from completed forms and relevant attachments should be sent to Principal, Water Development and Management Institute, P.O. Box 35059, Dar es Salaam. Required attachments are original bank pay-in-slip for application fee TShs 50,000/= payable to Water Development and Management Institute, Account No , NMB, Mlimani City Branch, Dar es Salaam and certified true copies of Educational Certificates and Birth Certificate. Deadline for receiving application forms: Duly filled application forms and the necessary attachments should be sent as early as possible so as to reach WDMI not later than 23 th October, 2015
