The timetable for the administrative verifications and scrutineering will be issued to the competitors during the distribution of the road book. This timetable and the list of competitors submitted to the tyre marking will be published from Friday, 20 th November 2015 at 18h on the following site: The crews showing up late will be subjected to the penalties foreseen in the General Prescriptions of the FFSA. The possible final checks will be performed at the municipal storage room, road du Plan de la Tour at Sainte Maxime. The maximum hourly labour rate is 60 all tax included. ARTICLE 3 COMPETITORS and PILOTS 3.1 Entry form Any person, who wants to participate in the 61 th Rally of the Var, must send the attached entry form, duly completed, to the Rally Secretariat before Monday, 16 th November 2015 at 20h (hour of receipt): ASAC du VAR ZAC des Andues /Av.Arlésienne prolongée Solliès Pont - France Tél. : GSM : varrallye@aol.com - Site : Recommended shipments are discouraged (shipping times are too long). Entry forms sent by fax will not be taken into consideration. The electronic addresses and mobile telephone numbers must be very clear and readable. The maximum number of entrants is limited to 210 cars (Rally of the Var). Once received, all the entry forms will be recorded on a waiting list.

6 The confirmation of enrolment will be given in priority order :. Entrants of the French Championship having participated in at least one rally of this championship during the season Michelin Trophy, same conditons as for the French Championship.. Mono-brand cups, same conditions as for the French Championship. ASACV sport members or ASACV guests; etc The entry fees, with optional advertisement, are set as follows: a / Normal entry fees : b / Mono-brand cup: 800 c / ASACV crew sport members 900 d/ Crews enrolled in serie Group N2 800 e/ Feminine crews, not enrolled in the French Championship 500 The entry fees will be doubled for the competitors who do not accept optional advertisement proposed by the organizers. If absence of the optional advertisement is noticed during the rally, the applicable entry fee increase will be reclaimed immediately. The entry fees will be completely refunded to the competitors, whose entry would have been refused. The organizer will refund the entry fees with deduction of a variable reserve to those competitors who, for reasons of force majeure, would be unable to start in the rally, provided that the competitor sent a registered letter with his request to the organizer. The deduction will be 30% for the requests received before Thursday 20 th November 2015, 50% for the requests received until the start of the checks on Thursday 26 th November 2015 at 17h00, after this date the deduction will be 100% The entry form must be accompanied by: a/ a copy of the first page of the homologation document of the car b/ a copy of the driver s licenses and licenses of the competitors, the pilot and the copilot c/ two passport photographs (format 4x4), for each crew member d/ the entry fee The entry fees include the insurance premium covering the civil liability of the competitor towards third parties, a plate Assistance and access to the service park. ARTICLE 4 - CARS and EQUIPEMENTS Authorized cars : In accordance with the standard FFSA regulations Group A and FA including WRC (2.0 and 1.6T), Super 2000 (2.0 and 1.6T), Super Group R - Group GT of series - Group GT+ Group N, FN, N2 Serie - Group F2000 Cars running for the Mono-brand Cup allowed by the FFSA in this Championship. Kit-Car cars are allowed to participate without scoring points. The compulsory warning triangle must be rigid and must be positioned on the road upstream the car. The magnetic or flexible triangles can only be complementary Windows: It is strictly forbidden to put anything onto the glasses of the cars, except for : - explosion-proof films defined in the technical regulations, - numbers, plates and identifications mentioned in the regulations, - a sticker on the rear window of a maximum height of 10 cm measured along the surface of the glass in the centerline of the car, - a sun visor strip of which the dimensions and opacity can be chosen freely An advertising strip of one line, of which the height will not exceed 100mm, can be stuck on the sun visor strip or the front window, at the limit between the front window and the roof of the car. At each side of this advertising strip (left and right), a space of 250 mm width (between this strip and the sides of the front window) must be free in order to stick the (optional, art ) advertisement of the organizer. This advertisement must be positioned on the glass surface (front window) of the car without overlapping the metallic areas of the car: the upper part of the front window or the roof (see art. 5 Advertisement). At the right side of the car, beneath this advertising surface (250 x 100 mm), with an interval of 5 to 10 mm, the competition number (identification plate) delivered by the organizer must be placed (210 x 140 mm). In the context of the exception to article R of the Highway Code, the registration plate must either be removed or shadowed. At the backside of the car, the identification plate delivered by the organizer must be positioned at the location of the registration plate: centered, the upper edge at the same height of the upper edge of the original plate.

7 At each side of the identification plate, a minimum of 155 mm width must remain in a single color, without inscription or decoration (this is a total of = 520 mm = registration plate) At the front side of the car, the identification plate delivered by the organizer must be located at the front window as indicated hereunder. The surface of the front registration plate (520 x 110 mm), at his original position, is reserved in for the organizer who has this location to his disposal for putting a promotional sticker (see art. 5 Advertisement). If the registration plate is removed, its original mount must be kept in place Tyres : In accordance with the standard FFSA regulations (Art et 4.2) Fuel : In accordance with the standard FFSA regulations 4.3 Services : In accordance with the standard FFSA regulations Assistance is forbidden on the entire route, apart from the service park mentioned in the road book. Only authorized vehicles, having the plate "Assistance Rallye du Var 2015" and the corresponding pass will be admitted to the service park. For each car enrolled, one Assistance plate will be delivered for free. Supplementary plates will be sold at 180 per piece, provided that a reservation is made before 20 th November 2015 and an agreement is obtained on the surface used for parking inside the service park. The area assigned to a competitor in the service park is: 60 m 2 for a car, plus 40 m 2 per additional car in the case different crews would like to regroup. 60 m 2 for a car enrolled in the Mono-brand Cup. Subject to the possibilities, any competitor that would like to dispose of an additional area must ask for it during the enrolment. This will be charged at a rate of 12 /m² The service parks are intended for this use only. Provisions can only be brought to the crew members and service teams inside the service park. Any commercial or promotional operation in the service park is prohibited without prior agreement with the organizer. Outside these parks, any intervention on the cars in competition can only be performed by the crew members with the tools on board and without external assistance. Parking of vehicles on the road is prohibited. Accompanying, following or preceding vehicles are prohibited Replacement of tyres Tyres can only be changed in the service parks. This rule applies for all the competitors. The traffic speed in the service park will be limited to maximum 30 km/h (competitors and beneficiaries). Each "service team" is responsible for the removal of all his waste out of the park. ARTICLE 5 ADVERTISEMENT In accordance with the standard FFSA regulations. In addition to the competition numbers present on the two door panels, the competitors will receive: - a set of three numbers (22 cm height, orange color). These numbers must be legible by the Road Marshalls on the road. Two of these numbers must be placed mandatory on the upper part of each side rear window (left and right) without overlap on the bodywork. The third number must be placed on the upper right part of the rear window. The numbers that are not properly positioned will be replaced leading to a penalty of 15 euro per number. - a set of two adhesive numbers named identification plates (210 x 140 mm), the first one to stick at the location of the rear registration plate or to stick onto the shadowed registration plate using a black adhesive strip (see 4.1.1). At each side of this identification plate, a width of 155 mm must be kept in a single color. The second one must be stuck to the front window, at 11 cm of the limit between the front window and the roof and against the right side of the front window. The advertising strip of the competitor, if applicable, must be located at the limit between the front window and the roof and can only count ONE SINGLE LINE and cannot exceed 10 cm height. At each side of this advertising strip (left and right) a space of 25 cm width and 10 cm height must be free in order to stick the optional advertisement of the organizer. Except in the case of redemption, this advertisement must be positioned on the glass surface (front window) of the car without any overlap on the metallic parts of the car. At the front side of the car, the identification plate delivered by the organizer must be located on the front window as indicated hereunder. The surface of the front registration plate (520 x 110 mm), at his original position, is reserved in for the organizer who has this location to his disposal for putting a promotional sticker. If the registration plate is removed, its original

8 mount must be kept in place. The mandatory and optional advertisement will be communicated in an addendum to the current particular regulations. The identification number stickers or advertisement that are not properly positioned or absent will be replaced leading to a penalty - for each of them - of 10 euro for the first observation, 100 euro for the second observation and 1000 euro for the third observation. These penalties are due immediately. IMPORTANT : The placement of any advertising support on the rally route or in the direct vicinity (visible to the spectators), the organization of public relation operations and receptions and in general the use of images of the Rally of the Var for advertising purposes or promotion of the name are strictly prohibited without authorization of the organizer. This particularly applies to each company, community, association or organism providing assistance in any form whatsoever to an enrolled competitor. The competitor is jointly and severally liable for the actions of his partners. In case of infringement, the competitor must pay 10 times the entry fee to the organization. Filming or photographing outside the confines of the private home as well as the marketing of any image in any form whatsoever is prohibited without agreement of the organizer or the FFSA being owner of the rights to the images. ARTICLE 6 SITES and INFRASTRUCTURE 6.1 Description Total distance of the course: 612,89 km Number of special stages: 14 Total distance of the special stages: 221,36 km Number of sections 4 Number of legs: 3 Road surface: Asphalt Service park First leg : A, B - Second leg : C, D Third leg : E, F The itinerary timetables are part of the Appendix «Itinerary». Reconnaissances : In accordance with the standard FFSA rally regulations. The road book will be available for the competitors, who are correctly engaged, at Sainte Maxime, Maison des Associations. Distribution: - for the crews performing their reconnaissances at the weekend: Friday 20 th November from 18 h to 21 h or Saturday 21 th November from 07 h to 10 h. - for the crews performing their reconnaissances at Wednesday and Thursday: Tueday 24 th November from 18 h to 21 h or Wednesday 25 th November from 7 h to 10 h. A copy of the road book will be available for free for each crew. Supplementary copies will be available at 30 per copy and provided that a reservation is made before Monday 9 th November The competitors will receive the reconnaissance program for each Special Stage together with their road book. The reconnaissances are strictly forbidden outside the authorized dates and hours. Within the authorized days and hours, the maximum number of passages is limited to three. Returning backwards or looping on the route of the Special Stages is prohibited. During the reconnaissances, only two persons are allowed on board of the vehicle. The mix weekend and week is prohibited. The sport members of the FFSA, who aren t entrants or officals of the rally, are not allowed on the route of the Special Stages before, during and after the reconnaissances until the start of the rally; sanctions will be requested from the FFSA against offenders Vehicles: in accordance with the standard FFSA regulations The vehicles used for the reconnaissances must be serial cars, including the visual aspects with the exception of a cardreader and a trip-master or equivalent and two additional headlamps. It is mandatory to put three numbered Reconnaissance stickers on the vehicle, one in the middle at the top of the front window and the two others on the side rear windows. A verification of the technical conformity of this vehicle can be performed at every moment of the reconnaissances. The competitors are asked to display great caution, discretion and courtesy towards the residents and users of the highway in order to safeguard the futur of the rallys. Speed limits must strictly be respected The competitors themselves must enter the requested information (hours of departure, arrival and eventually the hours of passage in the Special Stages) with a ballpoint pen on the checklist that they will receive.

9 Verifications will be performed. If the requested information is missing, then it will be considered as an offence. The first offence will automatically lead to a penalty of 100 euros. Recidivation will be followed up in a report by the Rally Officials. This checklist must be rendered at the time of the administrative verifications According to the defined program, the reconnaissances are exclusively tolerated on : Saturday 21 th November 2015 from 07 h to 12 h 00 and from 13 h to 20 h 00 and Sunday 22 th November 2015 from 07 h to 12 h 00 and from 13 h to 17 h 00. or Wednesday 25 th November 2015 from 07 h to 12 h 00 and from 13 h to 20 h 00 and Thursday 26 th November 2015 de 07 h à 12 h 00 et de 13 h à 17 h 00 The competitors will receive, together with their road book, the reconnaissance program for each Special stage In order to protect the fragile roadsides and to avoid that the last competitors must pass a heavily damaged road and/or to minimize the speed, the side of the road will be protected on the day of the course using stakes, separators or other devices. Voluntary deterioration of the protections, even by the forerunners, can lead to penalties. The trailer park is situated in the immediate vicinity of the location where scrutineering takes place. The cars, identified by their race number (article 4), can only ride on the routes defined in the appendix: Between the trailer park and the shakedown, outward and return; between the arrival and the departure of the shakedown; between the trailer park and the departure park (Parc Fermé), outward and return; on the rally route and this during the defined hours. ARTICLE 7 HAPPENING OF THE RALLY 7.1 Start: In accordance with the standard FFSA regulations. 7.2 General provisions on the checks Identification of the officials: jacket, in the regulamentary FFSA colors Special Stages (S.S.) The times will be taken in units of a tenth of a second New departure after abandoning Rally 2: Any competitor having abandoned or being pulled out of the race for a delay greater than the maximum authorized delay between two Hour Controls, at the end of a section or at the end of a leg, can reintegrate the rally at the start of the next leg provided that: - The competitor has informed the Competitor Relations Officer by means of a written document about his decision to reintegrate the rally and this at the latest 30 minutes before the start of the Assembly of Stewards preceding the start of the next leg. - The competitor has successfully submitted his car to the scrutineering, at least 30 minutes before the start of the first car in the next leg. For the leg in which the competitor has abandoned or has been pulled out of the race, the longest time of the unfinished Special Stage will be assigned to the competitor reintegrating the race. In addition, a penalty of 10 hours will be applied. The competitors reintegrating the race in this context will be repositioned by the Stewards according to article 3.3 of the standard Rally regulations. They cannot claim any price or assignment of points, except for the start bonus points. The Assembly of Stewards can at any moment withdraw the benefit of this reintegration as this decision is not subjected to an appeal The tow trucks, put in place by the organizer, are available to the Clerk of the Course for the sole purpose of liberating the route if necessary. Any intervention of the tow trucks of the organization, requested by the competitor or his representative outside the decision of the Clerk of the Course, will be the financial responsibility of the competitor. In case of abandonment, the competitors must inform the Clerk of the Course as soon as possible by using the phone number indicated on the information note given at the time of the verifications. Each omission will be submitted to the Stewards who will determine the sanction to apply Forerunners Forerunners are accepted for pilots engaged to the French Championship and for priority FIA pilots. The organizer has the right to limit this possibility to the first 25 classified in the current Championship. The forerunners must fill in the entry form delivered by the organizer. Not more than two persons are allowed on board of the forerunner s car. The two members of the crew of a forerunner car must be licensed by the FFSA and must be in possession of an identity card that must be presented further to any demand of an official.

10 Passage in the Special Stages is possible until 75 minutes before the passage of the first competitor of the rally or the historical rally. In every Special Stage, passage of only one forerunner vehicle per competitor is allowed. The vehicle must be equipped with a plate Ouvreur and with identification plates which can be obtained during the verifications, after a request has been made. These plates cost 160. The forerunners must respect the highway code. This counts also on the course of the Special Stages. The Clerk of the Course can suspend the authorization at every moment. The forerunners must pass the Special Stages respecting the Highway Code, but are not allowed to stop before passage of the point stop of the Special Stage and exit out of this control zone. In case of a stop on the route of a Special Stage, justified by a technical accident or by any particular reason, the forerunner is forbidden to continue his way before the passage of the sweep vehicle. The competitor is responsible for his forerunners Shakedown : free practice will be proposed to the competitors, enrolled according to the regulations, on Thursday 26 th November 2015 from 15 h to 19 h. Prior registration, no later than during the recuperation of the road book, is mandatory. The participation fee is set at 200 per car. During these free practices, only the crew, enrolled according the regulations, can be present on board. Eventually, after agreement of the Clerk of the Course deputy, the copilot can be replaced during the free practice by an engineer or technician, mentioned by name. Prior to the shakedown, the administrative verifications must be performed successfully and the identification numbers must be obtained and stuck on the vehicle. Any shakedown in the Var department, south of the Highway A8, is strictly forbidden. ARTICLE 8 PENALTIES CLAIMS CALLS In accordance with the standard FFSA regulations. ARTICLE 9 - CLASSIFICATIONS During the rally, the classifications will be published in accordance with Article 9 of the standard rally regulations. The unofficial partial classifications will be published on the Official Notice Board: - first leg: Friday, 27 th November at 23 h 30 - second leg : Saturday, 28 th November at 24 h - third leg : Sunday, 29 th November at 15 h The intermediate classifications at the end of a leg (the first or second) can be established at the end of each Special Stage covered. The following classifications will be established: a General classification, a classification per Group, a classification per Class, a Feminine classification, a Michelin Trophy classification a classification per Group and Classes apart from pilots enrolled in the French Championship, Michelin Trophy, a classification per mono-brand cup: 208 Rally cup, Citroën Racing Trophy, Citroën Racing Trophy Junior a senior classification (pilots born before 26 th November 1955) ARTICLE 10 PRIZES - CUPS The prize-giving will take place at the arrival podium. Michelin Promotion Trophy classification: In accordance with the regulations of this Trophy. Competitors classification apart from the Michelin Trophy, Mono-brand cup and according to the real classification Per class: 1 st 2 nd 3 rd more than 10 starters E x 1 E x 0,50 E x 0,25 from 6 to 10 starters E x 1 E x 0,50 from 4 to 5 starters E x 0,50 from 1 to 3 starters E x 0,25 (E = the paid entry fee, limited at 1000.). The cups will be sent by post on Monday, 7 th December The winners of the different classifications will be awarded. - Premiums will be given to the Marshalls.
