1 According to our philosophy, an online order should be placed in no time, as there is no point in spending the entire day in front of a computer. Please find below how to order your print products fast and easy: We show you how to get a proper flyer done. Log in first, to have all features available:
2 There are three ways to get to the flyers and all other products: via the shop button on the top left corner, through the slider or through the shop overview button: At first choose the product: Print products, flyers with exclusive finishing and then the format. The little moon icon in the top left corner means you can order the flyer overnight. ( we produce the flyer on the same day and pass it on to UPS) If you need your order very urgent, go directly to the category Overnight Products.
3 Select the DIN A6 format, which matches the size of a postcard.
4 And the material: Should you change your mind and decide to go for the silver stamping, you click on the correspondent option in the menu bar.
5 Once you finished the setup of your flyer, you will have the price and delivery time listed in this chart: Enter your postcode to calculate the time of delivery: Go to the order options: - Basic or professional data check - Rounded corners Yes or No
6 Here you can see an overview of your product and the chosen order options. At the bottom of the page you find the price: Please click on the data sheet button next. There you find a description how to create your artwork, with information on the required bleed, measurements, etc. Read through carefully to assure that the printed prduct meets your expectations. If you intend to reorder this produkt, save this setup with Add to favourites and with a simple click on the product, you will have it configurated. Now go to payment: Choose the delivery mode, e.g. delivery via UPS.
7 Fill in the billing and delivery address. v v Furthermore you can define the sender s address on the parcel label: v Select the payment method. In the gray information field below you find more details about the appropriate payment method, according to our example payment in advance:
8 v Next: Verify and order: A summary of all configurations to your product is shown. You are still able to change your billingand- delivery address. Enter an order name to classify your order. This name will appear in your customer account and on the invoice:
9 Now your order has been sent and a summary of all order details is shown. If everything is OK, the upload follows next. By the way, you decide the time when you wish to upload the data. Here you can download the data sheet anytime, with no need to log in first.
10 Select your files via the Browse button and click on Start upload Depending on the workload of our server, it might take some time until the data check result is shown and you are able to approve the order. Have a look at the result of your upload in the data preview. Many products with more than two printed pages can be scrolled in the flash preview. A data preview cannot be compared with a proof, which is a test printing, as a printed product in your hand never matches the artwork on a screen. Here you find your product in the flash preview:
11 Please note as well the print order overview. Especially when you upload several pages, you have a good overview whether some files are missing or have been uploaded twice. Everything fine? If it does so, you approve the order, if having chosen the professional data check.
12 A basic data check does not require an approval, but will go into press automatically. The Printing approval can be done in the upload set form via the link below: Or through your customer account. Here you go to your Orders, where you choose your order and approve it via the Action menu by clicking on Printing approval. Further options in your customer account depending on the selected options - Print order overview - Change addresses - Submit complaint
13 - Cancel your order Do you wish to modify your files after you have uploaded them? In this case you can upload the adjusted files via the Action menu by clicking on File upload, as long as the order status does not state files go into press. If you are looking for a specific order, please click on Orders and enter your search criteria. You have the options to search for the order name, order number, date and order status. In the header Favourites, you can find all products which you saved by clicking on Add to favourites. This makes sense, if you intend to reorder your print products, as you avoid a new configuration and have the product set up with one click. In the Address book you can manage your addresses. An address list can be imported or exported and addresses can be changed, as well as been searched for.
