The target for training is the week starting 2/23/15. Item Cost Total Cost for one student at neutral training site (Netherlands) $3000 $3000 This training will include: TOTAL $3000 Five (5) days of training (approximately 40 hrs) per the attached outlines Lunch to be provided Use of the plume sensor for spray characterization and training Textbooks for students on TS Processing Maximum of 6-8 students in TS hands-on $1000 of the training fee will be expected upon receipt of the PO Thermal Spray (TS) Process Training will be Monday 2/23 to Friday 2/27 Trainer will provide booth time, powder, and gun parts for hands-on training o Student can bring samples of difficult to spray powder if desired Customer/student will be expected to fill out both an ITAR questionairre and Equipment/Coating questionairre prior ro acceptance for the training PO

2 2 With the International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 CFR and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) 15 CFR Parts laws which must be followed, the Thermal Spray (TS) Process Courses will be generic in nature. No specific parts or the coating substrate combinations listed below will be discussed per ITAR and EAR regulations. Per acceptance of this training quote, YOUR COMPANY will not hire outside consultants or instructors to use the material for training purposes. 3 December Thermal Spray Process Training Course Description With any technical process, trained and experienced operating and engineering personnel are a key ingredient for success. This is important in both development and production implementation of any technology. Thermal spray is no exception to this requirement. This course provides a practical mix of theory and hands-on instruction at your facility that results in operators and process engineers with problem solving capabilities. During an FAA Approved 5 day on-site course, students fill their thermal spray toolbox with valuable tools to solve real time thermal spray issues when they return to the production environment. The training is customized to your processes, equipment, and coating issues and can be modified to meet a 2-3 day format if required. Testing of personnel is focused on your needs and requirements.
