Once a payment has been received, the next available programming time slot will be assigned. PAYMENTS: All Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. a) Services of $650 or less are billed in one increment with full payment due at booking. b) Services under $6,500 are billed in two increments and based upon the total cost. The first payment of 67% is due upon acceptance of the proposal. The second and final payment of 33% is due once the design and programmed content has been approved and upon completion and delivery of the product, OR at time of launch of the product, OR on the 20 th business day after receipt of the first design proofs (whichever of these occurs first). c) Services over $6,500 are billed in three increments and based upon the total cost. The first payment of 45% is due upon acceptance of the proposal. The second payment of 35% is due once programming/editing commences and the 3 rd and final payment of 20% is due once the design and programmed content has been approved and upon completion and delivery of the product, OR at time of launch of the product, OR on the 20 th business day after receipt of the first design proofs (whichever of these occurs first). d) Upon delivery to The Client of the first edited product (Proof 1), The Client will have 5 business days to review and provide 5 Pints Productions with a list of requested changes and amendments. Upon delivery of the second edited product (Proof 2) The Client will have 5 business days to review and provide 5 Pints Productions with a further list of requested changes and amendments. Any subsequent and further changes thereafter will be subject to 5 Pints Productions hourly rates. PAYMENT METHODS: Checks made payable to: 5 Pints Productions, LLC. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of project services after acceptance of our proposal and once work commences constitutes forfeiture of the initial payment. Cancellation after the design proof has been approved and once the construction of the site has begun, constitutes payment in full for the proposal plus any extras agreed upon during production.

3 5. e-blast NEWSLETTER SET-UP 5 Pints Productions (5PP) has a simple and effective way to get you up and running and communicating with both past and present clients & potential new clients alike. e-blast Newsletters are still an extremely effective way to stay in front of all your customers; remember your customers may not always re-visit your web site but they will always pay attention to your e-newsletter (even if it s only to delete it), the point is every month you re business is always visible and in front of them. Here s what s included in our e-blast NEWSLETTER Set up 1. Establish your own professionally hosted Mail Chimp Account (if you don t already have one) 2. Set up the double opt-in process (VERY IMPORTANT)for subscribers to officially subscribe to your newsletter database This reduces any possibility of your company getting labeled as a spam organization 3. a) Create one customized OPT-IN design to be used in an html when sending out to your current database of clients Include a graphic you can use on your web site to link to your MailChimp double opt-in customized page b) Design one customized e-blast Newsletter layout 1 c) OPTIONAL: Design a sign up form to be used on your web site 1 4. SOCIAL MEDIA SET-UP & IMPLEMENTATION Your social media strategy should enhance, update and provide a visible social network addition to your online presence, thus increasing your online footprint. This may be best accomplished by initiating a three step approach. STEP 1 Establish four Social Media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc..) with your correct company profile & details. Your company profile should include branding of the account whenever possible. STEP 2 Choose a few trusted employees who will act as regular contributors (hereby referred to as Contributors ). By having these contributors post and update regularly, you will increase your online social media footprint significantly.
