Do you provide full life cycle recruiting services (sourcing, interviewing, and offer management) or partial recruiting services, i.e. just sourcing? How do you operate? Do you use a technology spidering system only, or use human interaction to source and screen resumes? Our services at SageBeans Offer dedicated Offshore Sr. Recruiters for the talent acquisition. Our Offshore Recruiters will work just like an onsite recruiter and you will feel that they are working in the very next room. The Recruiters will have all the equipments and tools which are required to cover all your requirements for full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to placement and then delivery. Requirement We Cater: All IT, Software solution, Cloud Solution, Non-IT, Engineering and from C-Suit professionals to even low cost labors. Industries we serve: Information Technology, Financial, Banking, Accounting, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Aerospace, Automobile, Research, Oil and Gas/Energy, Retail, Sales and Marketing, Defense and Federal/State and County (Government / Public Sector). This is not the only numbers I have mentioned, we mainly look after all the positions of our clients and try to get as many submissions as possible depending on the complexity of the requirements. Even we provide extra hours to be ahead of the competition. 6) Our needs for an offshore/outsourced partner may increase or decrease based on our clients volume. Is your pricing flexible to allow us to "turn on and off" your service as needed? Yes we are flexible to allow you to "turn on and off" your service as needed with minimal prior notice. 7) Describe your largest client. How many resumes on average do you source or screen for them? Similarly, describe your smallest client.
