2 WELCOME! Our Policy This document provides a list of Supported Browsers for the following SciQuest Products: SciQuest is committed to providing industry-leading products and services. We strongly encourage customers to upgrade regularly to the newer versions or consider a dual browser strategy, in accordance with your company policy. To deliver the best product experience, we need to periodically announce end of support information. SciQuest typically provides its customers three or more months notice when a browser is no longer recommended. 2

3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION In most cases, SciQuest stops support due to browser age (>3 years) or if the browser is no longer supported by the manufacturer. Older browsers typically deliver a sub-optimal experience with our software. Alpha, Beta, or unreleased versions of browsers are not supported by SciQuest. The supported browsers only apply to the SciQuest SaaS solutions and are not applicable for deployed or customized solutions (with exceptions noted for Contract Director). SciQuest SaaS products are browser-based, hosted applications that do not have inherent minimum operating system (OS) specifications, therefore this document does not contain any OS recommendations. Any browsers not listed have not been validated by SciQuest and are not supported. Issues arising from use of these browsers will not be addressed by SciQuest. 3

4 SELECTSITE PLATFORM Browser Support for Spend Director, Requisition Manager, Order Manager, Supplies Manager, Accounts Payable Director, AP Express, Total Supplier Manager, Sourcing Director and SciQuest Supplier Network Supported Browsers Windows Internet Explorer (IE) 8*, 9*, 10, 11 Chrome latest version automatically updated by Google Opera 10 and higher Macintosh Safari 4.0 and higher ipad Safari embedded browser within the ipad DETAILS: Firefox 3.6 and IE 7 are not supported. Internet Explorer versions 8 and 9 are not supported with new attachment functionality starting with the 14.3 release (drag and drop for attachments and adding multiple attachments) approvals are designed to work with embedded browsers for Android, Blackberry, and IPhone/iPad mobile devices. Readability of s vary based on client and formatting selected. ipad is supported by SciQuest, however not all Supplier punch-out sites will support use of this device. Although Safari is supported by SciQuest, not all Supplier punch-out sites support this browser. 4

5 SELECTSITE IPAD CONFIGURATIONS For the optimal experience when using SelectSite on an ipad, we recommend that you configure the following settings: Setting Pop up Blocker: Disabled Open New Tabs in Background: Disabled Block Cookies: Allow from Websites I Visit or Always Allow Javascript: Enabled How to update Settings -> Safari -> General: Block Pop-ups Settings -> Safari -> General: Open New Tabs in Background Settings -> Safari -> Privacy and Security: Block Cookies Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Javascript DETAILS: By default, the Pop Up Blocker setting is Enabled, and Open New Tabs in Background is enabled. Both of these must be updated manually. Other recommended settings are Apple default settings and do not have to be changed unless they were updated previously. The location to update settings may vary slightly as Apple updates the operating system. ipad is supported by SciQuest, however not all Supplier punch-out sites will support use of this device. 5
