Family cetered ursig care is the forefrot of the commuity health ehacemet. Nursig Iformatio System (NIS) i commuity health ceter iclude developmet of techology based ursig documetatio, ad ehacemet of commuicatio betwee health team ad family. The aim of this study was to evaluate family satisfactio toward iformatio techology based family ursig care. Family satisfactio was measured by idetify family opiio regardig the role of family urses i providig qualified ursig care as well as their opiio regardig the eeds of family urses. Measuremet was performed to 35 families who have received family ursig care based iformatio techology as itervetio group ad 35 families who have ot received as cotrol group. The resposes to overall satisfactio i itervetio group were very satisfied i 14.29% ad satisfied 80%. Result of the research showed family satisfactio who have received iformatio techology based family ursig care was higher tha cotrol group (p=0.000). However, ursig iformatio techology supported ursig care documetatio, which affected the quality ad cotiuity of family cetered ursig care, ad the affected the level family satisfactio. Key words: Family satisfactio, Nursig iformatio system I. Itroductio Iformatio techology based family ursig care is a importat aspect to provide high quality ursig care. Family cetered ursig care is the forefrot of the commuity health ehacemet. Iformatio techology may facilitate coordiative, comprehesive, ad cost effective family ursig care. Nursig Iformatio System (NIS) i commuity health ceter iclude developmet of techology based ursig documetatio, ad ehacemet of commuicatio betwee health team ad family. Family ursig care through ursig documetatio is a precoditio for good patiet ad family care, effective commuicatio ad cooperatio withi the health care professioal team (1). Nursig documetatio is a importat elemet of ursig process that is still isufficietly performed i Idoesia. May urses here were still lack of awareess about the public resposibility aspect of the ursig service. O the other had, urses were still also lack of kowledge about what to be documeted ad how to make a right documetatio (2). A good ursig documetatio based techology iformatio to improve the quality ad cotiuity family ursig care. The practice of family ursig care i Idoesia is still ot as expected. People really eed the practice of family ursig care. This was showed by the results of research coducted i the Ratu Jaya Village, Depok, Idoesia. Level of family eeds to practice family ursig service i the Ratu Jaya Village, Depok, Idoesia showed at the level very high at 97.5% (3). Good documetatio was part of the aspects ursig care which was eeded by the commuity. With good documetatio, supported by sophisticated iformatio techology ca improve commuicatio i health care. People really eed good iformatio ad commuicatio i health care. Curret iformatio techology ca facilitate these eeds. However, previous research showed that the major problem of the ursig care delivery i Idoesia was that urses did ot provide ursig care accordig to the stadard without proper ursig documetatio as well (4). May urses i Idoesia well still lack of awareess about the public resposibility aspects of the ursig services, i additio to the iability to make a good ursig documetatio. This problem could reduce the quality of ursig care give, especially at family ursig care at the level health ceter commuity district. The iformatics provides essetial ifrastructure for both cotiuous ad log-term quality assessmet ad improvemet i ursig (5). A research idicated may advatages as time savig durig care plaig ad clear improvemet i legibility ad completeess of documetatio. They also reported sigificat icrease i the acceptace of computers i ursig. May research about documetatio based iformatio techology, but there is o research that describe the level of satisfactio patiet ad family after accepted family ursig care 14 Page

I fact, we eed to evaluate whether urses performed as expected by the service recipiet. The maual ursig documetatio requires more time ad eergy to be completed. Paper based documetatio possesses may weakesses as it ca be lost ad slipped that may potetially put a urse i the legal risk. It is also iefficiet to be stored ad recalled whe ecessary. Family ursig care through computer based ursig documetatio is eeded to improve the quality ad cotiuity family ursig care. II. Methods ` Desig study used quasi experimet method approach oe group post test with cotrol group to ivestigate the effect of the applicatio of ursig documetatio based iformatio techology i cetral health commuity Kramat Jati districts, East Jakarta for icreased quality ad cotiuity family ursig care. Sample of this study were 35 families (itervetio group) which member of family accepted family ursig care with computer based documetatio ad 35 families (cotrol group). We chose family i aroud cetral health commuity Kramat Jati districts as itervetio group, because oly i cetral health commuity Kramat Jati districts, East Jakarta which use iformatio techology to documetatio family ursig care. The, we chose family i South Jakarta as cotrol group, because have ot yet use iformatio techology to documetatio family ursig care. The research is itegrated with other research which study ursig experieces to give family ursig care based iformatio techology i ursig documetatio. I this research, we study level satisfactio family which acceptig family ursig care based iformatio techology. Data were statistically aalyzed usig a computer program. To aalyze the test data usig frequecy distributio ad Ma Whitey test to idetify family opiio regardig the role of family urses i providig qualified ursig care as well as their opiio regardig the eeds of family urses after received family ursig care based iformatio techology i ursig documetatio. Istrumet. The Satisfied Family i Commuity is a Likert-type scale to measure family satisfactio i commuity. The levels of satisfactio with care are determied by the degree with 20 brief statemets. The aswers are represeted o a four poit scale from 1 (very dissatisfied) to 4 (very satisfied). The scale has four subcategories cofirmed by factor aalysis: family ursig care, health iformatio, iformatio maagemet i health care, ad family expectacy. Family ursig care dimesio ivolve the opiio family about the family ursig role had doe, icludig a physical examiatio, diet, performig maiteace at-risk family members (old people, teeagers, school-age, childre uder five, pregat wome, ad breastfeedig mother), solvig health problems, ad providig medical cosultatio. Health iformatio dimesio ivolve provide iformatio about prevetio ad cotrol of healthcare, chagig the eviromet healthier, teaches healthy eatig, clea lifestyle.. Iformatio maagemet i health care dimesio ivolve likig with commuity health ceters ad hospitals. Other variables, which are measured agaist the wishes or expectatios of the role of family caregivers, icludig family wishes that the family urse service fees charged to the govermet, felt the eed to visit family caregivers, get good iformatio from family caregivers, to help care for a family member, ca tell you about health problems of family caregivers, ad kow the results of the developmet of the health of every moth. The levels of expectatio with care are determied by the degree with 5 brief statemets. Istrumets was used have prove validity ad reliability. Prior to the implemetatio of the study, researchers iforms all respodets about prosedure research to be coducted. After gettig the iformatio so all respodets siged a iformed coset. Result The istrumet of level satisfactio family satisfactio was measured by idetify family opiio regardig the role of family urses i providig qualified ursig care as well as their opiio ad expectacy regardig the eeds of family urses. Measuremet was performed to 35 families who have received iformatio techology based family ursig care as itervetio group ad 35 families who have ot received iformatio techology based family ursig care as cotrol group. Overall satisfactio. The distributio of level family satisfactio itervetio group higher the cotrol group. The resposes to overall satisfactio i itervetio group were: very satisfied i 14.29% (=5), satisfied i 80% (=28), quite satisfied i 5.7% (=2). While, resposes to overall satisfactio i the cotrol group were: satisfied i 5.7% (=2), quite satisfied i 88.57% (=31), ad less satisfied i 5.7% (=2). Table 2. The differece of the mea values of family expectatio at itervetio group ad cotrol group was 0.93, cotrol group higher expectatio tha itervetio group (p=0.004) with Ma Whitey test. It showed sigificat differeces i level family satisfactio i itervetio ad cotrol group. Result of research showed that level of satisfactio family was higher at families have got a iformatio techology based family ursig care by Ma Whitey test (p=0.000). But oly oe commuity health ceter that carried the family ursig care based o iformatio techology. There are may other commuity health ceters i eed computer based documetatio. However, people still eed care ursig practice better family. Families expected the govermet to bear the burde of the cost of public health. Nursig iformatio techology supported ursig care documetatio, which affected the quality ad cotiuity of family cetered ursig care. IV. Discussio Satisfactio is oe of the most importat outcomes ad there have bee o systematic studies ivestigatig the effect of family related variables o family satisfactio with care (6). Satisfactio is a compariso betwee the perceptios of services received ad his expectatios before usig these services (7). 17 Page

Iformatio techology based family ursig care is a importat aspect to provide high quality ursig care ad ca improve the level family satisfactio was poits higher tha cotrol group (p=0.000). This is, cosistet with research coducted by Marita, et al (2002) which states that the sigificat determiats of family satisfactio: ursig system (6). Family-cetered care is a iovative approach to the plaig, delivery, ad evaluatio of health care that is grouded i mutually beeficial parterships amog health care patiets, families, ad providers (8). Health iformatics, particularly advaces i techology has the potetial to facilitate patiet cetered care (9). Therefore, to improve family ursig care ca be doe by improvig ursig documetatio system. Curretly, a good documetatio system by usig computer-based iformatio techologies. With good iformatio system, ca improve commuicatio i the health care team. The applicatio of iformatio techology is ot fully supported at the primary care level. The first applicatio computer based documetatio i health ceter commuity i Puskesmas Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur i Idoesia. Result of research that documetatio is very importat to use the computer i providig health services i the commuity. By good documetatio maagemet system, people ca easily get health care without havig to go through a complicated bureaucracy. Curretly i Idoesia, geerally family ursig care is still ot as expected. Family expectatio for the family ursig care was very high i at itervetio group ad 18.9 at cotrol group (scale 5-20). This shows the highest family expectatios agaist family ursig care quality. This should be supported by the govermet to serve its citizes. Idoesia's health focus is still o the treatmet. Promotio ad prevetio efforts are still i their ifacy. This leads to a family ursig care give ot to the expectatios of society. Family hopes that family ursig fiacig charged to the govermet. Families expected the govermet to bear the burde of the cost of public health. However, the health iformatio techologies deployed as part of the atioal framework must support ursig practice i a maer that eables prevetio of medical error ad promotio of patiet safety ad cotributes to the developmet of practice-based ursig kowledge as well as best practices for patiet safety (10). I additio we look at the level of family satisfactio ad family wishes for family ursig care, iformatio techology i family ursig care is essetial i improvig the quality ad cotiuity of ursig care. V. Coclusio The results of study showed the importace of ursig documetatio usig iformatio techology, which improved the quality ad cotiuity of family ursig care, ad fially icreased family satisfactio. This result is oly applied for oe primary health care ceter, however this positive results suggested that ursig documetatio usig Maagemet Nursig Iformatio System (MNIS) to be applied for other primary care ceters i Idoesia.
