2 Setting of working place of the user 1.1. Introduction Attention! The first setting of working place demands presence of rights of Administrator on your Personal Computer or laptop (hereinafter PC). If you don t have the rights of Administrator or you don t know what is it all about, in order to set the system correctly you are recommended to call in IT-expert of your company or apply to the Bank s Account Manager to call in the Bank s expert to set the system correctly. Setting of working place of the user comprises setting of necessary system utilities, and it won t last more than 5-10 minutes Minimum system requirements for PC Windows Service Pack 4 Windows Server Service Pack 1 Windows XP + Service Pack 2 Windows Vista + Service Pack 1 Windows 7 + Service Pack 1 Internet Explorer IE 8.0 or higher. Java(TM)6 Update 15 or higher. Java(TM)7 Update 4 or higher. Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional (for loading the reports out with the Bank s mark). ATTENTION! Do not connect token during setting! Correct operation requires: Permission to launch Internet Explorer 8 Permission to launch java Permission to use Java Plug-in in Internet Explorer Permission to have access to catalog c:\program Files\GammaTech\TumarCSP\lib To check conformance of your computer to the minimum system requirements, you need to do the following: Click on icon on the desktop with right mouse button. Choose Properties option.

3 In the opened System properties window you will see system data of your computer. To check the installed version of IE,, you need to do the following: Click on Program. icon. Browser window will open. Go to Reference section, choose About You will see the number of IE version (IE should not be lower than 8.0 version).

4 To check the installed version of Java, do the following: Click Start Configuration Control Panel». Control Panel window will open, showing the list, where you should choose Add or Remove Programs.

5 Find Java program and check its version Installing Java If you have Java lower than Update 15 version, you need to install the updated version of the program, which is available on the Bank s website If Java is not installed on your computer, you need to install it. For this, go to and download Java. De-archive file and launch installation. To make it, click on Install button

6 Installation process will start. After installation will be completed, click on Close.

7 1.4. Installation of features of crypto-protection of information Whatever version of Tumar has been installed on your computer, you need to download Tumar CSP+JSE information crypto-protection feature by going to and install this program, after having previously deleted (de-installed) the previous version. If you don t have Tumar installed on your computer, install it. You may uninstall the previous version as follows: Click Start Programs GammaTech TumarCSPv.4 Delete TumarCSP». Uninstallation process will be launched, after which you will need to reset your computer. Then you will need to launch the installation process of new version.

8 Open downloaded file. De-archive this file and launch installation, clicking on the icon. Tumar Installation Master will launch. Then click Next in order to continue installation. In the license agreement window choose I agree, then click Next.

9 Installation Master will show you the detonation of record of program files and the place of program launch. Installation process will launch.

10 After completion of installation process, click Finish. Connect token. When first using token in Win XP OS, you need to install driver for its interaction with OS (Win 7 OS* and higher versions do not require installation of drivers, so we ask the users of these OS to skip this section and go to «Go to Start-Programs-GammaTech- Tumar CSP v.4 section of this document). For that, follow the instructions of New Hardware Wizard, which will appear after inserting of the device into USB-port. Choose Automatic installation Next.

11 Wait until PC searches for proper driver. In Installation of the equipment dialog window at installation of the equipment, select Continue Anyway.

12 After installation of OS, select Ready. If during automatic installation OS failed to find proper software, you need to execute installation of driver from the indicated location. For that, choose Install from indicated location :

13 When choosing parameters of search and installing, choose Do not search. I will choose necessary driver myself button and press Next. On the driver selection page choose Install from disc.

14 In the file selection dialog find oem79.inf file installed by TUMAR-CSP installer into <System_Disk>:\WINDOWS\inf catalog.

15 In the list, select USB Smart Card reader, then click Next

16 In Installation of equipment dialog window choose Continue Anyway.

17 Wait until driver is installed. Upon completion of driver installation process, click Ready.

18 Go to Start-Programs-GammaTech- Tumar CSP v.4. Tumar CSP system configurator window will open

19 Choose profile that corresponds to the name of your JavaToken key. Click on profile and choose «Change profile».

20 You will see the profile editing window. Check Storage device parameter field, enter issued password into Password field, then duplicate it to Confirmation field. Click Save. Key receiving process will start. Wait until it is completed.

21 Setting of Tumar CSP is completed.

22 1.5. Setting of IE parameters In order to set EI browser, click with left mouse button on and open Internet options. icon, then go to Service tab Internet options window will open, where you will need to go to Security tab. Choose Trusted websites icon and click on Other button. Security parameters window will open, where all ActiveX elements require setting Allow ( Turn on ) feature.

23 After setting parameters, click Ok button. Setting of IE is completed. Entering into BTA-Online system At first loading of BTA-Online page ( the screen will display «Warning Security» window, where you should tick «Always trust content» and click «Run». Note: This window may not open it depends on the configuration of operating system.

24 Then «Request Download» will appear, click «ОК». «Enter» button will load. Enter your password and click Enter. If after all settings done by you earlier, Enter button did not emerge, you need to copy crypto.gammaprov.jar file from C:\Program Files\GammaTech\TumarCSP\lib into C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\ext. Setting of working place is completed, good luck at work!
