Each congregation participating in the Network provides overnight lodging and meals for three to five families (up to fourteen people) for one week each three or four months on a rotating basis. Homeless families which we prefer to call our guests, stay at the house of worship from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily. Each morning, guests are taken by van or drive their own vehicle to the Home Base Day Center where they meet with the Network Director, care for preschool children, look for housing and employment, or go out to school or work. Must have state issued ID. Daily intakes 11a-2p. Serves men, women, & families For women head of household. Support services and counseling provided. Childcare and job skills training. No pets. Housing for low income clients. Counseling and help for men struggling to rebuild their lives with religion. Meetings from 3-5 PM each Sunday. Residential (18-21 years) and non-residential (16-21 years) services to homeless young men and women. 18 month max with additional aftercare options. Resource centers in Plano and Frisco. Plano Resource Center: 902 E. 16th Street, Plano, ( ). Frisco Resource Center: 7151 Preston Rd., Suite 341C, Frisco, ( , ext. 410) Must have state issued ID with photo, able to work full time and looking for work, no crimes in last 5 years or any crimes against children; 2 week stays with possible extension based on employment status. Case management & employment programs. 5 PM check-in, 7 AM check-out. No pets. 16 places for women 18+ Must be pregnant, age 18 and older, and verification of need for housing. Admission must be voluntary. Request for and willingness to accept our guidelines entirely Apply to program (application packet) Provide proof of pregnancy, and other required documentation Assessment Interview with Executive Director and House Parents Criminal Background check and Drug Screening Admission decision made within 72 hours after Assessment Interview and move in date scheduled. Our Home is not able to accept pregnant women and their child(ren) Residents will not be able to continue employment while in our program Hope Mansion is not a temporary shelter. It is important to assess whether being admitted into our program at 8 or 9 months of gestation would be beneficial since in most cases, the maximum stay after delivery is 8 weeks. There may be another program that could provide more long term care. Provide a safe home for preganant women until 8 weeks after delivery. Provides complete pregnancy care, counseling and life skills training. Strong emphasis is placed on participation in religion. Emergency shelter for men (45+), (20+). Must be working or going to school. Intake women (11 AM) men (4 PM), leave at 6 AM weather permitting. After 2 weeks, volunteer program. medical & psych services. No pets. Emergency shelter- 1 st come 1 st serve. Men & only. Intakes 6am-7pm. No ID, no background check.social services programs, case manager, No pets living/ independence prog for single mom's and their kids. Must be enrolled in college prior to application, daycare 3-5, Reduced rent, background check and interview process, No pets. Intakes 4:30 to 8:30. Ronald McDonald House of Dallas (RMHD) is the only organization that provides a temporary home-away-from-home for families whose children are receiving treatment for a serious illness or injury at a Dallas area hospital. In an effort to lessen the burden, reduce stress, keep the family intact, and enhance the quality of life for these families, the RMHD provides affordable housing in a caring home-like atmosphere. Ages 18 to 75. Room and board provided with 3 meals per day. Shared living in apartment. Must have source of income (SS, SSI or family). May have pet after interview and with pet deposit. Short term temporary shelters, meals, and casework for men, women, & children. On-site child care. Financial education, case management, and financial assistance (1-6 months) offered. Matches homeseekers with homeproviders. Must contribute financially. 21+, $10 fee at time of application and $20 once match is made. Must be willing to live in Dallas County. Provides a home for homeless families for up to one year, must work and attend classes. Services only available after acceptance to discipleship program/ Overnight shelter and food for men.
