SECURITY/MONITORING A manned security station with 24 hour guard service and video monitoring is located on the lobby level. All after hours access is strictly controlled. Their hours of operation are Monday Friday 7:00 am until 4:00 pm. Murphy s Deli is a franchise with other locations throughout the city.
6 EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE CENTER The Three Riverway Conference Center is located in the Lower Level of the building. The facility is available for use by the principal members of the tenants for meetings and corporate functions. The Conference Center is designed to accommodate large groups with seating for twenty people along with a projection screen. The tenants must provide their own AV equipment. There is no charge for the use of the Conference Center. LOBBY SECURITY/ INFORMATION DESK A Security Officer is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information and directions to the tenants and visitors of Three Riverway. The Security Officer is available, upon request, to escort tenants and visitors to the parking facility. FITNESS FACILITY The Three Riverway Fitness Facility is located in the Lower Level of the building. The facility is available to tenants of Three Riverway only. The Fitness Center contains state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, a multistation gym and a TV Monitor. Locker rooms are provided including day lockers, saunas and showers. There is no charge for using the facility. Entry to the facility is controlled by the building access system. In order to enter the facility you must have your building access card programmed for its use. Individuals wishing to use the facility must complete a Release Agreement prior to card activation. The hours of operation are from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. TENANT STORAGE The tenant storage area is located in the lower level of the building. As part of our tenant amenities program, several chain link fenced areas have been built for tenants to rent. The storage areas will range from 8 x 10 to 14 x10 and a monthly fee will be charged. TIME WARNER CABLE TV SERVICE AVAILABLE Taps are available on every floor into which the tenant can connect to achieve cable television service.
