10 TradeWinds Property Management TradeWinds offers its residents the option for a Property Management service contract. This way homeowners can rest assured knowing that their home will be well taken care of, even if they are away for a period of time. These services can range from cleaning the home, termite and/or pest control inspections, (de-) activation of utility service contracts, changing of the air-conditioning filters to servicing the boats. Rental Services Since a lot of the homeowners are not full time residents of TradeWinds, some homes are vacant for a period of time. For those homeowners who would like to generate income by renting their home out, TradeWinds has set up a rental service. Depending on the time that the homeowner has his or her home available for renters, the yearly income from this activity can be considerable. Boat Slips TradeWinds has a total of 41 boat slips in the private marina, available to the homeowners. They are offered separately BECAUSE 4RADE7INDS DOESN T WANT TO IMPOSE THE PURCHASE of a boat slip on a resident who might not even want to have a boat. The boat slips, available in different sizes to accommodate the needs of different boat-owners, have a hookup for water and electricity. All the homes that are directly on the marina have a designated boat slip for which a first right of refusal to those homeowners is in place.
