The Institute is mandated with accelerating introduction of modern technologies into the country in the field of Electronics, Communications, Information Technology, Robotics and Space Technologies through Research and Development, Training, Technological transfer. The Institute calls for applications from suitably qualified personnel from citizens of Sri Lanka for the following positions. 01) Deputy Director General (Administration & Finance) HM 2-2 Category Job Profile The candidate shall, Under the general direction and guidance of the Director General & CEO, - Plan, organize, lead, monitor and control all administrative matters pertaining to the areas including, but not limited to General Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Establishment, Procurement and Industrial Relations in conformance with the applicable Acts, Regulations, Government Circulars, and Board Resolutions in a manner that best suits the overall operational and developmental interests of the institution, and - Function as the Secretary to the Board of Governors of ACCIMT The candidate should have extensive exposure to the administrative practices, rules and regulations, in the public sector, and should be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a flare for industrial relations.

2 Qualifications : (a) Degree from a recognized University or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission; Postgraduate Degree in Management/Business Administration/Public Administration or a relevant field from a recognized University or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission. Minimum of 18 years of administrative/managerial experience, out of which not less than 05 years should be at Senior Managerial level with a proven track record of ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams and, proper deployment and efficient management of human and other resources in a Government Department, State Corporation, Statutory Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment.
