In fact, our company was founded in 1943 by Alonzo and Mabel Maddock and is run today by their grandson Wendell White and his family. The White and Gabriel Family, owners of Town Center Village and Generations LLC. Continuing Care We offer three levels of assisted living care along with rehabilitative and skilled nursing care. Convenience We are located close to retail and grocery shopping as well as hospital and medical offices. Flexibility - Delicious meals are created by our chef and culinary team and served restaurant style. Flexible meal plans are available. 6 The Continuum of Care at Town Center Village Whether you are recuperating from surgery or an illness you ll find a wide range of care options at Town Center Village. Our Rehabilitation Center is known for its exceptional Skilled Nursing and Intermediate Care services. Our ultimate goal is to help you regain your strength and stamina so you can return home. We hope the following information helps you understand the definitions and benefits of the services we provide. We re here to answer your questions and help you smoothly transition into the care you need. Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy Your physician may prescribe Physical, Occupational and/or Speech Therapy, to help you. These services are regulated by and often paid for by Medicare or insurance. Physical Therapy can decrease pain, increase strength and flexibility while improving balance and stability. Occupational Therapy helps you develop skills to maximize your independence using assistive devices, modifications in the home and adaptive methods. We are dancing again! I owe the success of my hip replacement to the dedicated team members of Town Center Village Rehab! They were professional, friendly and there for me and my wife. Skilled Care Skilled Nursing Care is available to you after a qualifying stay in the hospital and is ordered by your physician. Our highly trained, licensed nursing staff can provide care to heal wounds, administer and regulate medications, manage recovery from an acute illness, and provide assistance with the activities of daily living. These services are governed by and often paid for by Medicare or insurance. Intermediate Care may be needed for a number of reasons; an unstable medical condition, to enhance your current abilities, or when your level of care exceeds that of Assisted Living. This care can be funded privately, through Long Term Care Insurance, or state assistance. Let s talk about your specific needs to see if we re a good fit for you!
