1 What is LeadFlow Lead Generation? Consider the LeadFlow platform as a 'Bomb Shelter' or 'Safe Room' for your business, protecting your website from the inevitable Google 'slap' or penalties that occur to websites that are 'SEO'd' Think of us as the ground troops that stand guard over that safe room so you can spend more of your valuable time running your business, and not chasing after the next Panda or Penguin update. By not using conventional 'SEO methods' on your website, you will no longer be subject to sudden drops in rankings, or worse yet getting your website de-indexed by Google! We deploy aggressive SEO methods on our 'throw-away' sites to achieve dramatic results for our clients. We 'push the envelope' to achieve a desirable lead flow for our clients. Our Primary Objective: to rank as many websites or web properties as possible for a given city and keyword in Google, Bing, Yahoo, while providing multiple chances at converting salesready visitors into paying customers for our clients. More on that later. Why should I consider LeadFlow as a primary means of getting leads: By eliminating risky SEO methods done to your website, you will remain in Google's good graces, and will never be at risk for penalties. You will be able to focus on providing content for your clients and new clients, instead of building it for search engines. When Google penalties do occur, it happens to our web properties, not yours. We take the hit while your customers keep clicking and you keep getting new leads. When/if we do get a web property penalized, we always have a duplicate one on stand-by that will be immediately deployed to take its place. We take on all the risk, so you can take on all of the leads. What is the LeadFlow network made up of? The LeadFlow configuration starts with the highest level called a 'Network.' A Network consists of multiple 'Coalitions' and 'Web Properties' whose goal is to dominate Google's SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages). A Network will be created for a specific niche and geographical (city) area for a client. For example, a Personal Injury Attorney in Chicago might be one partner. A Criminal Attorney in Detroit might be another.
2 Using the example above, a Coalition might consist of three press releases and one Microsite targeting the keyword 'Chicago Personal Injury Attorney' in the city of Chicago. The goal is to get all five web properties ranking on the first page of Google. Considered the 'work horses' of the platform, 'Web Properties' take on various forms including Microsites/Landing Pages, Press Releases, YouTube Videos, Web 2.0 sites; and really any 'website' that has a chance at ranking #1 in Google for a city and keyword. LeadFlow is a performance 'combat' driven model that creates synergy from multiple sources, all collaborating, with one goal in mind: crank out endless leads for our clients. Keywords chosen are usually the most competitive and lucrative for the given niche. A 'Coalition' consists of 'X' number of web properties used to rank multiple positions in Google. Can I see an example of LeadFlow? Sure, here's an example of a common LeadFlow configuration we do for our Basic Package, which consists of at least 15 web properties in 3 Coalitions, targeting 2 cities for 3 keywords. COALITION #1: City #1 + Keyword #1 (1) Microsite/Landing Page (1) YouTube Video (2) Web 2.0 properties (1) Press Release COALITION #2: City #1 + Keyword #2 (1) Microsite/Landing Page (2) YouTube Videos (1) Web 2.0 Properties (1) Press Release COALITION #3: City #1 + Keyword #3 (1) Microsite/Landing Page (1) YouTube Videos (1) Web 2.0 Properties (2) Press Release
3 How do you get new leads for my business and why does it work so well? Every Coalition will be set up for optimal conversion. We continue to optimize the funnel throughout the campaign for continuous improvement and better results. We track every call using our dedicated Call/Lead Tracking software. Our 'Conversion Funnel' for each city and keyword will be set up to send sales-ready leads to a highly optimized Microsite/landing page(s). For those people that visit your website and are not converted the first time, we use Retargeting (RTB) to 'pull' them back to the conversion funnel. What is Retargeting and what makes it so powerful? Retargeting is what separates the 'wannabes' from the 'Big Dogs.' Your ad can be shown on thousands of websites for people that have shown an interest in your product or service. How cool is that? You will also get branding with retargeting. People will soon begin to recognize your brand/banners and when they click on your banner ad, they will be taken back to one of the web properties to have yet another chance at converting. Super powerful! Retargeting is one of the most cost-effective ways to instantly lift conversions for any promotion you re running, any traffic you re driving... etc. Basically, it s a way to pull back otherwise lost traffic, after they ve left your site. Example: if you re driving 100 visitors a day from search to a landing page, and that generates about 5 leads a day, then as soon as you start retargeting back to that audience, you ll find that your daily lead flow will likely lift to about 7-10 leads, daily. Think of Retargeting as being a simplified, but more profitable, amplified version of Adwords and a strategy that will put your lead generation into high gear. Every visitor that comes to one of the many web properties will be 'cookied' using retargeting pixel technology. That means when somebody leaves your website without completing a 'conversion,' they will automatically begin to see banner ads of your business on other websites they visit.
4 APPENDIX 1A: RANKING POWER [ONE COALITION // BING] Here's an example of total DOMINATION in Bing for the competitive keyword 'Detroit Criminal Lawyer' this is only one coalition, driving results from multiple web properties. We have ranking for a press release (twice) and a Microsite/Landing Page (once). Keep in mind, we build up to 6 Coalitions on 30 Web Properties for one niche/campaign!:
5 APPENDIX 1B: RANKING POWER [ONE PRESS RELEASE // GOOGLE] This is an example of the sheer ranking power behind LeadFlow. This is an example of ONE Press Release published 12 hours earlier. The net effect is numerous coalitions/keywords ranking on the first page of Google, and in some cases listed multiple times on the first page of Google, for the niche Criminal Law, Detroit. Imagine multiplying this times 30 which is what we do for the most basic package!
6 APPENDIX 2A: RETARGETING [ANALYTICS] Further leveraging the traffic that came and went from web properties in the APPENDIX 1A and 1B examples, we create a retargeting campaign that focuses on only those people that visited your website but did not convert. As you can see, there were 213 impressions and 5 clicks for only 16 cents! For less than a quarter, you can get multiple chances to convert highly qualified traffic. Do you see the
7 power behind this strategy? A strategy that virtually nobody else is doing, or at least virtually no local businesses are doing? APPENDIX 2B: RETARGETING [AD EXAMPLE] In this example, we see ads running for Attorney LeadFlow (this website) on the Weather Channel. Because I have visited AttorneyLeadFlow.com and I live in Michigan, the ad is running on authoritative websites such as the Weather Channel and thousands more. Super powerful.
8 APPENDIX 3: WEB PROPERTY RANKING REPORT This is an example of the quality and number of websites that a press release will be syndicated for each press release we do on your behalf.
9 APPENDIX 4: PRESS RELEASE SYNDICATION NETWORK This is an example of the quality websites that press releases get syndicated to, most within minutes of publication. Google, Bing, and Yahoo normally pick up and rank these press releases within 12-24
