My Ph.D. coursework and research focused on management systems and operations issues. My master s degree in Management is also nationally accredited (AACSB), and was primarily focused on leadership, operation s as well as lean and quality systems SUMMARY OF RESEARCH AND INSTRUCTIONAL INTERESTS My research and instructional interests include multidisciplinary approaches to strategic leadership, management science, lean and value added methodologies, healthcare service based systems for business operations, and the systems interface as it contributes to the enterprise model.

2 EXPERIENCE St. Petersburg College, St. Petersburg, Florida Professor ; Present College of Business Trained in, and currently utilizing web based online instructional learning management systems including: Blackboard, WebCT, ANGEL and Desire to Learn (D2L). Instructional methods incorporate the use of Web based instruction, online interactive computer training exercises, online homework assignment tools and online course lectures. Collaborated with other faculty in the development of the curriculum for the new International Business degree in the College of Business Collaborated with other faculty members in the development of new curriculum for the Industrial & Business Services Management track of the Bachelors of Applied Science degree program Designed, developed and implemented several original courses in Blackboard, WebCT, ANGEL and D2L learning management Course management oversight responsibilities for a variety of courses including Leadership and Management, Global Human Resources, Quality Management, Cultural Diversity, Applied organizational Behavior, International Business, and Process Improvement Management. Responsibilities included evaluation of lithology and structure / fluid flow characteristics of potential hydrocarbon reservoirs utilizing down hole electrical measurements and physical samples. Synthesized information to generate a primary oil and gas prediction model.
