My Ph.D. coursework and research focused on management systems and operations issues. My master s degree in Management is also nationally accredited (AACSB), and was primarily focused on leadership, operation s as well as lean and quality systems SUMMARY OF RESEARCH AND INSTRUCTIONAL INTERESTS My research and instructional interests include multidisciplinary approaches to strategic leadership, management science, lean and value added methodologies, healthcare service based systems for business operations, and the systems interface as it contributes to the enterprise model.

Instructional methods incorporate the use of Web based instruction, online interactive computer training exercises, online homework assignment tools and online course lectures.
