5 Georgia Energy & Industrial Construction Consortium GEICC was formed in 2007 to engage electric, nuclear, natural gas utilities and energy industry construction in strategic, unified, and results-oriented efforts to ensure a skilled workforce to meet future industry needs. The consortium is incorporated as a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. GEICC includes member representatives from investor-owned, municipal, and electric cooperatives, contractors to Georgia s energy industry, energy and contractor associations, state workforce development, education, and organized labor.
