2 Vision (Two Sides) Every Indiana citizen will have access to the information, education, and skills required for long-term career success Every Indiana business will be able to find the educated and skilled workforce necessary to compete successfully in the global economy and to keep and grow jobs in Indiana

3 Meta-Goal At least 60 percent of Indiana s workforce will have the post-secondary knowledge, skills, and credentials demanded within Indiana s economy by 2025

5 The Challenge: Building Collective Skills 1 in 6 Hoosiers lacks a high school diploma 1 in 3 Hoosiers lacks post secondary skills 40% of businesses indicate difficulty finding talent
