Our maintenance engineers are fully equipped to maintain your building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week cost effectively. We respond to emergency situations immediately and complete all maintenance items in a timely manner, all the while sticking to the bottom line. Our role as a Facility Maintenance Manager is to meet the needs of the tenant and the facility so seamlessly that daily functions are uninterrupted. From the removal of recycle bins, to scheduled preventative maintenance, to the replacement of an A/C unit, our technicians have, and will do, whatever is necessary to sustain a comfortable environment conducive to normal business functionality. Construction Management NAI builds and facilitates all aspects of construction and design management, tenant/capital improvements, and clean-up projects from concept to Certificate of Occupancy.
