2 CAPABILITY STATEMENT COMPANY OVERVIEW Puente Technology LLC is a small business contracting entity developed in July Dave Guerra, a veteran, utilized his years of military discipline, professional network, and entrepreneurial experience to create Puente, a business focused on Network Infrastructure and Maintenance opportunities within the federal small business procurement arena. In 2012, Puente expanded its market capabilities into Construction and Facilities Management to provide even greater comprehensive services for its customers. Today, Puente s capabilities range from general construction services to implementation of IT network architecture. Puente s reputable performance and valued services are built on safe practices, overcoming challenges and exceeding customer expectations. Our solutions are based on adaptive practices, evaluating, and delivering on specific performance measures in all phases of the project. This coupled with the ability to overcome, adapt, and achieve delivers successful projects and satisfied clients. CORE COMPETENCIES Puente expanded as a Prime Contractor capable of Preconstruction, Estimating, Design Build, Construction Management and General Construction. We recently completed the final phase of an Air Craft Storage facility at Rickenbacker ANG, and Puente was recently awarded our third project at Bolling AFB in Washington DC. With Puente s collective skills, adaptability and operative focus, we are poised for continued growth and operational success. Puente also provides network infrastructure, including low voltage structured cabling (ISP/OSP), Wireless, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Passive Optical Networks (PON). The IT division specializes in onsite support, moves/adds/changes (MAC) and datacenter consolidations. Puente s team designs, tests, and certifies network infrastructure projects, reviewed and approved by an RCDD to ensure BICSI standards. Guerra Henkels & McCoy Contact: Jordan Conner Puente provided Structured Cabling installation services and telecom room infrastructure upgrades in an academic setting. Puente installed, terminated and tested both copper and fiber connectivity. As part of our Green-initiative, we harvested the existing cabling for recycling purposes. January July 2012 Jacksonville Air National Guard Jacksonville, FL General Dynamics/Henkels & McCoy Total Contract Value: $330,750 Puente Project Manager: D. Guerra Henkels & McCoy Contact: Mike Kelly Puente conducted inside plant installations of Cat 6 and Fiber Optic infrastructure for 25 buildings to approximately 458 work stations. Scope of work included: cable/conduit installation, termination, core drilling, latter racks, cable tray, cabinets, fiber backbone, closet build-outs and testing. Puente modified wall locations, telecom closet build-outs and data pathways within various buildings at Jacksonville ANG. October December 2011 AEGON USA/TRANSAMERICA Baltimore, MD Whiting Turner/Henkels & McCoy Total Contract Value: $61,300 Puente Project Manager: D. Guerra Henkels & McCoy Contact: Mike Kelly Mobilized and managed two crews from Local 24, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). The crews installed a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) along with the fiber optic backbone to support the network throughout multiple floors and telecom closets. In addition, Puente provided all core drilling throughout the building floors and pathways.

July May 2013 Rickenbacker International Airport Columbus, OH Ohio Air National Guard/ Puente Consolidated JV, LLC Total Contract Value: $903,149 Puente Project Managers: D. Guerra/ T. Grogan Puente (Prime Contractor) supervised the construction of an Aircraft Support Equipment Facility and provided all equipment and staffing necessary to complete the project on time and under budget. Scope of work included preparing and pouring concrete foundation, building construction (including roofing, lighting and electrical) and repairing existing concrete. Puente successfully partnered with multiple subcontractors to complete the project. March May 2013 GSA / Bolling Air Force Base Generator Feeder Cable Replacement / Puente Consolidated JV, LLC Total Contract Value: $86,000 Puente Consolidated JV LLC was the prime contractor for the replacement of electrical cables from an emergency generator to the ATS (Automated Transfer Switch) in the electrical room of a secure facility. Major tasks included trenching, installing conduit (inside and outside), building the duct bank, pulling cable, terminating, testing and cutover.

6 June April 2013 USDA Washington, DC Goel Services Inc. / Puente Technology, LLC Total Contract Value: $46, Puente Project Managers: D. Guerra Goel Services, Inc. Puente provided conduit pathway and connectivity services for USDA Scada Transformer Monitoring System (STMS). The project took place at USDA s main complex in Washington DC. The STMS were located in transfer rooms on main floor and sub-basement. The control boxes were located at various office locations throughout the main floors and sub-basement. Puente performed the installation of network cabling, connectivity and conduit pathways. July 2012 March 2013 Maryland Department of Information Technology Worcester, Calvert, Allegany and Cecil Counties Maryland State Government/Henkels & McCoy Total Contract Value: $106,180 Puente Project Manager: R Jackson Henkels & McCoy Contact: John Healy Puente assisted in the installation of a single-mode fiber optic project providing broadband connectivity in select counties throughout the State of Maryland. Puente equipped municipal buildings with fiber optic cabling for broadband connection. The installation involved outside plant/inside plant connectivity to existing telecom closets and server rooms. May October 2011 American Red Cross Building Washington DC DPR/Henkels & McCoy Total Contract Value: 186,000 Puente Project Manager: D. Guerra Henkels & McCoy contact: Ted Hastings Puente partnered with Prime contractor to remove old cable network and install a new onsite network system for maximized network reliability and increased security. Puente provided material and labor to modify wall locations, build out closets, racks and ensured the integration of all voice and data connectivity.

Duties included: Selected demolition Electrical conduit and lightening protection work New roof, gutters, flashing, ceiling panels, wall panels Installation of coiling door & fenestration Floor and interior construction work Communications installation - fiber and voice Automatic overhead coiling door The Scope of work involved: extensive concrete foundation work with related milling and asphalt paving services along with masonry services.
