5 Leadership Team Alex Rade9ch Chief Execu+ve Officer Managing Partner Alex is responsible for the daily opera/ons of Take 5 Solu/ons including sales, management and marke/ng. Together with Rich Gluck he held a vice president posi/on at Equifax and helped grow sales of unique online/offline direct marke/ng products which helped revolu/onize the direct- marke/ng industry. Prior to Equifax, Alex was a director of sales for internet marke/ng at TargitMail and FirstPop. Alex s sales and marke/ng exper/se stems from his 10+ years experience in interna/onal business. He holds a BA from Amherst College and MA from the University of Kentucky Paierson School of Diplomacy and Interna/onal Commerce. Rich Gluck President Managing Partner Richard is a seasoned sales and marke/ng execu/ve, with 20+ years of experience in the financial, internet and direct mail industries. Prior to founding Take 5 Solu/ons, he was an execu/ve vice president at Equifax, where he managed a team of 150 sales representa/ves. He grew company sales that were less than $100K per month to $10MM within 18 months. Richard is a veteran of the investment industry, having spent 10 years with both Morgan Stanley and Oppenheimer on Wall Street.
