2 Tenant Find Only Ideal for the experienced landlord. You deal with the day to day management; Aris Property will handle the initial set-up. Typically you could save as much as 1200 in annual letting and management fees. How it works and what s included: You supply us with photographs and a description of your property (don t worry about this - we ll work our magic to make sure it looks and sounds like a million dollars). We ll advertise your home on all the major property letting websites and deal with all the enquiries. All potential tenants will be pre-qualified and vetted prior to viewings being arranged we don t want you to waste valuable time dealing with the tenants that don t meet our own strict criteria. We notify you by SMS and you details of suitable tenants. You are then free to contactthem directly and meet the ones you like and show them your property. Once you ve decided who you want to rent your property to, Aris Property will arrange to have the potential tenants referenced and credit scored. Optional Rent Guarantee (additional cost will apply if selected). Arranging of landlords buildings and contents insurance (if required). On acceptance we will provide you with all legal documentation and paperwork required to ensure you adhere to current legislation includin the lease document and AT5. You ll also receive a FREE COPY of our 24 page landlords handbook packed full of practical advice, top tips and loads more.
