IMC Montan operates in Russia, CIS countries and Mongolia through the Russian entity IMC Montan LLC, with IMC Montan Ltd. (UK) being its founder. The Russian managers have the right to act on behalf of both companies. DMT GmbH & Co Kg (Germany, and WYG International (UK, ), in their turn, are equal co-founders of IMC Montan Ltd.
