1 List of Accredited Programmes 100 Non-commercial Russian Association for Engineering Education () has been actively involved in the development and improvement of the professional accreditation system for more than 10 years. Since 2007 it has conducted national professional accreditation of educational programs in accordance with both the accreditation standards for engineering programs applied in European higher education establishments and the criteria approved by the member-countries of the Washington Accord. Seven national agencies which have introduced their own accreditation criteria in accordance with the existing standards possess the right to assign European quality mark EUR-ACE Label (European Accredited Engineer) to the educational programs. These are the agencies ASIIN (Germany), CTI (France), IEI (Ireland), OE (Portugal), ECUK (Great Britain), (, Russia) and MUDEK (Turkey). In 2009, entered the international market and first educational programs of higher educational establishments in the Republic of Kazakhstan were accredited. 147 educational programs of Russian and Kazakh higher educational establishments, with 66 educational programs being awarded EUR-ACE Label have been accredited by The list of the accredited programs approved by is given below.

ENGINEERING Russian Association of Engineering Education invites all universities to participate in the non- government - professional accreditation of engineering education programs. This non-government-professional accreditation in engineering and technology is a process to improve the quality of engineering education in accordance to the global standards, and to obtain acknowledgement in the professional engineering community for high-qualified professional engineering training. Such accreditation of engineering education programs provides the opportunity to obtain an independent evaluation of the quality of the university s education programs and recommendations for their further improvement; to assert one s high-professional engineer training level and, thus, enhancing the competitiveness of engineer-graduates in the domestic and global labor market. The graduates of such accredited engineering education programs can receive the profession degree EUR ING European Engineer in the future. Association of Engineering Education is the only agency in Russia that has the qualifications to certify EUR-ACE. Accredited programs are included in the accreditation program register, as well as, the European register of accredited engineering programs.
