Flexible indexing can be configured to have as much or as little user interaction as necessary, with the ability to populate defaults and define what indexes to use. The ecopy Connector for Canon imageware Document Manager and iwdm supports Active Directory authentication. The ecopy Connector for Canon imageware Document Manager and iwdm supports folder colors and the creation of new folders within the document manager. Intuitive and easy-to-use, users can store documents to the appropriate cabinets and folders, indexed and stored in real time for immediate access at their desks. Users can authenticate to imageware and iwdm using their standard network username and password. Users have the ability to create new folders and select the appropriate color directly from the scanning device.
