12 Why was the KIÚT Regional Development Association organized? 1990 year of changes, Comecon broke EU orientation in the economic connection. Establishment of an intermodal public industrial and logistical area It is necessary to establish a 160ha industrial and logistical park in the area of Fényeslitke Komoró in favor of the realization of the specific investor intentions (24 MILLION EURO) Goals of the project: Construction of wide-gauge and standard European-gauge railway tracks until the border of the site Drinking water and municipal sewage network Establishment of facilities to remove surface water Establishment of telecommunications network Construction of electricity and gas network

20 Actual stage of the project: The proprietary rights of the RFH co. ltd. is registered The public procurement procedure of the construction of municipal water supply facilities, internal transport infrastructure and electricity is closed Execution deadline: 29th August 2010 Industrial site The selection of the rail infrastructure building contractor is in progress Fullfilment deadline: 31st May 2010
