3 1 Instruction to Users 1.1 Users without HPL License Applicants for New Health Professional License should only apply to Dataflow at Requests for user ID s from new applicants will not be entertained or approved on this site. Applicants for Exam booking should only apply to Dataflow at Requests for user ID s from new applicants will not be entertained or approved on this site. Those who have already registered through the Dataflow application process do not need to register for a User ID here. All such Dataflow applicants will receive an notification from HAAD with their User ID and password when their application reaches HAAD after verification/migration is completed by Dataflow. Attempts to register for a user ID despite being registered with Dataflow earlier will not be entertained. 1.2 Users with HPL License (For e.g. GDxxxx, GNxxxx, GPxxxx, GTxxxx etc.) Applicants with HPL License ID should register using their license ID no. and selecting the option Licensed Healthcare Professional and enter their license #. Kindly use the above option to gain access to HAAD e-services like Sick Leave, Notifications and others. For Sick Leave access make sure to attach an authorization letter from the facility. Access request without authorization letter would not be approved. 1.3 For Facility Admin s & PRO s Facility Admin s & PRO s should select the below option. It is mandatory for Facility Admin s & PRO s to Select e-services, Provide your need/justification for access and Authorization letter from your facilities. Version 2.0 Page 3 of 15

4 1.4 Medical, Pharma, Non-Medical Facility Users Applicants for New Medical Facilities license should select Facility type: Healthcare Provider and Facility Name: New Medical Facility Applicant Applicants for New Pharmaceutical Facilities license should select Facility type: Healthcare Provider and Facility Name: New Pharmaceutical Facility Applicant Applicants for New Non-Medical Facilities license should select Facility type: Company and Facility Name: New Non-Health Care Applicant Authorization form can be downloaded from this link Insurance Users Applicants for New Health Insurance Authorization should select Facility type: Health Insurance Provider and Facility Name: New Insurance Company or New Insurance Broker or New Insurance TPA 1.6 Shafafiya/E-Claims Users Applicant for Shafafiya/E-Claims should select Facility type: Shafafiya e-claim and then select facility. This newly created account will not have access any HAAD e- services. A more detailed explanation of the user registration for Shafafiya process can be found here 07_ShafafiyaUserGenerationV3.docx Note: As soon as the applicant is created an will be sent to the facility PRO ID for approval. User are requested to follow up for account approval with their facility PRO. 1.7 General note to Users 1) In case your request for User ID has not been approved by HAAD within 2 working days, you are requested to communicate to HAAD at [email protected] with details of your need/purpose for a User ID & HAAD License details wherever applicable. 2) For quick processing of your user account activation kindly makes sure to fill the online form correctly, select e-services, provide your need/justification for access and authorization letter from your facilities where applicable. 3) Kindly do not contact [email protected] if you have not followed the instructions correctly. Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this system for personal, non-commercial use only provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this system may violate copyright laws; trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations. 1.9 Acronyms and Abbreviations Abbreviation HAAD Full Description Health Authority - Abu Dhabi 1.10 Known Issues Browser Pop-ups: When clicking on Print, the window does not open as the client s browser settings may have it blocked. Enable the pop-up option as shown below: Browser Compatibility: The application is best viewed in Internet Explorer (IE) v8.0 onwards. Certain scripts will not work in browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome or Apple Safari. For those on newer versions of IE, you can fix the site display problems with compatibility view settings in IE. Version 2.0 Page 5 of 15

8 3 User Registration Before registering to the website users are requested to read section 1.Instruction to users. Enter the URL in the browser and below screen would appear.. 1) User guide can be downloaded by clicking on link. 2) Existing users can retrieve their password by clicking on link 3) New users enrolling for the first time should click on link for user registration. 9 After clicking on the link the below screen will appear, kindly make sure to fill the online form correctly and click save Note: At this point user registration is NOT complete you would need to follow the below steps also for complete registration. After clicking on Next the below screen will appear, kindly make sure to: Select e-services, Provide your need/justification for access and Authorization letter from your facilities where applicable Version 2.0 Page 9 of 15

10 Authorization letter is mandatory if the users have selected Licensed Healthcare Entities option Upon successful registration you will see the below screen: Version 2.0 Page 10 of 15

11 4 Login to the system Enter the URL in the browser and below screen would appear. Existing activated users can login to the system by entering their username & password in the below form. Version 2.0 Page 11 of 15

12 5 Retrieve Username & Password Enter the URL in the browser and below screen would appear. Existing users can retrieve their password by clicking on will appear; link. Below screen Users would be able to retrieve password by 2 methods namely with User ID or ID as shown in the above screenshot. You will see a message Password sent successfully to your at top of the screen after you have submitted your request. Credentials will be communicated to the registered address. Click on credentials. to login to the website with the retrieved Version 2.0 Page 12 of 15
