1 Denver International Airport SOUTH TERMINAL REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Upcoming Events and Opportunities 11/04/2011 PROGRAM UPDATES EXCITING CHANGES TAKING PLACE AT DIA AND THE SOUTH TERMINAL REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM! DIA and the STRP are excited to announce the addition of Stuart Stu Williams as Project Manager of the Program. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of this $500 million initiative. Stu comes to the project with more than 28 years of experience in design and project management and has worked on behalf of the City and County of Denver on a number of high-profile projects, including the Better Denver Bond Program and the Denver Justice Center. He will be a true asset to the team with his years of experience managing large, complex programs involving multi-disciplined teams and his vast knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, program development, phasing and project scheduling. Prior to joining the airport, Heather, who has worked for the City and County of Denver since 2006, served as the Director of Legislative Services and City Council Liaison under Mayor Guillermo Bill Vidal. She also served as Director of Legislative Services for Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper, was the head of Denver s Neighborhood Relations Department and worked as Environmental Programs Manager at the Department of Environmental Health. Come meet both Stu and Heather on Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 3 p.m. 5 p.m. at the STRP Community Update meeting, hosted by the DIA Commerce Hub! The package will include sheet pile shoring, caisson drilling, rebar material and installation, concrete material and installation, steel fabrication and erection.
