6 HOW TO REACH THE CENTER FOR NEUROSCIENCE - SWAMMERDAM INSTITUTE FOR LIFE SCIENCES UNIVERSITY OF AMSTERDAM) Below is a link to the route description and information on public transport to Science Park. When travelling by public transport, please get of the bus (nr. 40) at bus stop Science Park Terra. HOW TO REACH THE DEPT. OF NEUROSCIENCE, ERASMUS MC The department is in the faculty building, which is the large white building central in the Erasmus MC complex (also known as "Hoboken"). The entrance of the building and the lecture halls are at the third floor. We are at the 12th and 14th floor. By foot from the central station Exit the station through the main exit. Take the road that you are facing on exit (first 'Kruisplein', later 'Westersingel'). Continue until the Rochussenstraat. Turn right and continue until the first traffic lights. Turn left here. By metro Erasmus MC is close to station 'Dijkzigt' at the Calandlijn. Take the subway from Centraal Station (Erasmuslijn) and change at station 'Beurs' (second stop) to the Calland lijn in the direction Schiedam/Spijkenisse (west). Depending on the direction from which you arrive, you can also take the Calandlijn directly at Rotterdam Alexander or Schiedam railway station.
