Built into DMS what we use with desktop compare option Many sophisticated KM programs have web based compare, such as KM Standard, Diligence Engine, Exemplify, etc.

Microsoft Outlook for Mac another option, although it is a little weaker than Apple Mail and Outlook for Windows in features. Cloud based , such as Google Mail, is another direction some firms are heading.
