4 Feedzon Address Postcode / Address Look- up Options With feedzon Address you can just ask prospects and customers for their house number and postcode and TPO will put in their full address for you automatically. 5 Technical Specifications for User Terminals This section outlines the technical specifications for a computer terminal running TPO software, whether as a single- user or as a user terminal on a small network or as the host (where a dedicated server is not being used). If you wish to share TPO over a network of four or more terminals, then you will also require a dedicated server (see next page). Computer Specifications: With modern computers being as powerful as they are, memory, hard disk & processor speed are not really issues, but the more powerful the better. Generally recommend at least 1GB RAM, preferably 2GB. Windows: Windows Win 7, Win 8 or 8.1 Mac: 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion or 10.9 Mavericks Screen Resolution: Minimum recommended screen resolution 1280 x Network Specifications: A dedicated server is recommended if you have three or more computer terminals sharing TPO over a network and is required with four or more terminals (see next page). We recommend the use of a wired network (100Mbps or faster). In multi- user installations, a Gigabit connection from the server to the (Gigabit compatible) hub is recommended. If using a wireless network, it should be secured with encryption. Additional Requirements: We strongly recommend the host computer (or dedicated server) is powered through an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). An UPS will smooth the mains supply and provide battery backup in the event of power failure, giving you enough time to close TPO and shut down your computer safely. UPS devices are available from all computer hardware retailers from around 100 plus VAT (higher prices usually indicate a longer period of battery power when the mains power fails). General Specifications: For ing from TPO, we recommend an internet connection that is always on, i.e. with a router, not a dial- up USB ADSL modem that only connects when required. We expect all customers to have already installed anti- virus and anti- spyware software. We recommend an external hard disk, DropBox, Google Drive, SkyDrive or remote FTP account for regular backups.

6 Technical Specifications for Server A dedicated server is recommended if you have three or more computer terminals sharing TPO over a network and is required with four or more terminals. Please note that the server software cannot be used as a client terminal to access TPO. This section outlines the technical specifications for a dedicated server, where used. Server Specifications: Where used, the server software should reside on its own computer, i.e. not one that is also used for file sharing, Exchange Server, web proxy server or other such services. The server software will run fine on a computer with a standard consumer version of Windows 7 or 8 Professional or Mac OS X, but if using Windows Server or Mac OS X Server then we recommend turning off all non- essential services / daemons. We assume your server will be correctly configured for us prior to installation and have LogMeIn (or similar) remote access software installed (LogMeIn 'free' is sufficient). If you use any back- up software to automatically back- up your server, please have the person or company who configures this contact us to ensure the TPO data is correctly backed- up; failure to do this could result in it not being backed- up or possibly corrupted. Windows Server Specifications: OS: Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition (SP2 or later, 32- bit & 64- bit), Windows 2008 Server R2 (32- bit & 64- bit) or Windows 7 Professional Edition (32- bit & 64- bit).
