I then worked as a junior Account Manager at IBM and in sales at HP; I was good at sales and decided my next step would be in recruitment. Whilst you have to work really hard, it is very rewarding and there is plenty of opportunity to unwind and socialise. What influenced your decision to join NFI? I was interested in working for an up and coming company that was growing and going to be a challenge. After an interview with the CEO, I was sold on the idea of working somewhere that met all the elements I was looking for, with the bonus opportunity of being able to make a lot of money.
