11 Reach Your Customer without Being There Remote DID It is a local telephone number in a location where the customer doesn t have a physical presence It allows those calling the SIP Trunk customer to place local calls to reach the SIP Trunk customer, even though the SIP Trunk customer doesn t have any local presence. It is for an inbound only It is similar in concept to Market Expansion Line (MEL) from QC and Remote Call Forwarding (RCF) from other ILECs

12 Remote DID Application Centralized Contact Center Centurylink provides customer with Remote DIDs RDID call is delivered to customer s call center where SIP Trunking is terminating. Inbound service only Outbound calls, including 911 calls, are blocked for Remote DID telephony numbers A dedicated SIP Trunk group is used for 8xx and Remote DID service SIP REFER It is a network transfer of a call. 18 Interoperability Testing Available for IP voice products to test interoperability prior to installation of order No charge! Option to connect via Centurylink Internet access or through peering across the public Internet Test port open 24/7 for ten business days (unless otherwise notified) Due to the differences between SIP REFER call types, all customers who plan to use SIP REFER with Centurylink iq SIP Trunk service must participate in this testing of the Centurylink iq SIP Trunk service to confirm that their particular SIP REFER implementation works with the service High-level pre-testing guidelines Must complete network interface questionnaire and testing agreement prior to test scheduling Queue for test provisioning; test environment is available for 10 business days, extensions are available upon request Provisioning support during normal working hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Customer defines tests and runs; assistance provided by Account Team and National Technical Support organization upon request After test period, the port will be closed Note: Interoperability testing is for testing functionality not call quality
